The person at the location was abrasive, unhelpful and overall acted like he had better things to do than help me. They did not have the furniture pads I ordered. He tried hammering me about buying the insurance, outright lying about the insurance (I used to work in the insurance industry) to try to scare me into buying it. I did not, when returned the truck he had UHaul charge me almost $400 for damage that was already on the truck . The truck was pretty beaten up so luckily I had taken a video of the existing damage. When I showed him the video he said "well you'll have to take that up with UHaul" and walked away. The shining light was Summer at UHaul. I spoke with her, emailed the videos of before and after and she had the charges reversed. Because of her I highly recommend UHaul. Do not go to this location, just go to a company store. They were crass and tried to rip me off and in the end corporate saved the day.Derek O.

Your website does not work well at all. Constant no network connection! The pickup sign is took 24 minutes (after 2 calls to uhaul) and return was even worse to complete pictures etc! The process of picking up and checking in online as well as checking out online is ridiculous as your website needs major overhaul for this to be successful. Truck was great but honestly will never go thru check in via website !Robert D.
Horrible customer service at pick up location. The truck was is terrible condition and was not road legal. I am shocked that Uhaul is handing out equipment like that.Sven C.

Was an ok experience other than finding bugs in the truck ...on our blankets we put down for padding....and as we were unpacking items we had already taken new plastic off of ðŸ˜’Shannon B.

Clean but had broken glass in bed of truck. The man working there cleaned it up for me. Pickup location convenient, but people there didn't seem to want to help, but were able to pull up my order online. They said they were only a pick up and drop off site.David L.
