The app for checking out/in has issues. When trying to check in to return the truck, I tried at least 15 times to upload a picture of the odometer and whenever I clicked continue it would display an error stating that a photo needed to be uploaded and wouldn't let me proceed. Finally I gave up and just went inside to finish. I also had issues when picking up the truck with it accepting the picture of the back of my license but it eventually worked. When an app that's supposed to make things quicker and more convenient takes longer and is less convenient than walking into the office I'd say it's failed in execution.Douglas C.

I love the staff. They are on point and very attentive. My truck are usually is perfect conditions except this last one I had had a broken passenger mirror that I couldn't position to use or see with. It was duck tape!SHEILA C.

I do believe if they would walk the client out to the vehicle instead of us walking to each one checking it with a key they should bring the person to the vehicleâ€¦ and about the storage they need to make sure that assess code workâ€¦ Other than that I would recommend if they fit those conditionsKathy M.

The equipment was well maintained and clean aside from a few candy wrappers I the cupholder. This was the best uhal experience great costumer service and no hidden fees.TM S.

Everything went fine except for one very unpleasant detail. The gas tank was clearly at below Â¼ filled when I rented it. I did not realize until I drove off the lot that the paperwork quoted the gas level at actually a bit above Â¼ filled. I was hoping that perhaps they knew anyway, so I used the truck, drove it a mere 15 miles total, added 2 gallons of gas (figured I'd be generous considering about 10 mpg), and dropped the truck off. Well, big surprise the following day: I get charged for another 2 gallons at their rate!! Great. I left a message and got no answer. I know, it's not much, but seems like poor practice to me. I had to use this location because of my original booked truck was block by other uhaul trucks. once I get the payment adjusted I would change my option. I am charged 3x s for one booked truck. othe than that it was ok.sean M.
Uhaul never let me know the code to get into the lockbox to retrieve the key. Communication regarding this part of things was poor. The location was well maintained and the woman at the location was very nice and she was really helpful.TIMOTHYPAUL S.

Entrance is a little confusing. There should be a u-haul sign on the building that is actually facing King St (which is the address). For example, a Google Street view didn't show that this is a u-haul location at allJohn M.
