Business manager was not in the office but was very helpful via videocam speaker. Truck was clean and prepared ahead of time with the additional equipment we rented. Rental process went smoothly overall.
COURTNEY TThe location felt criminal/like a drug hub. No one greeted us; we had to speak to someone via camera. The best word to use is, "sketchy".

William BThe office representative didn’t show up till 10:30 despite saying they’re open at 9. I had an 8:30 am scheduled pick up and didn’t leave the facility till 11 am. Messed up my entire day. They were very unprofessional and did not apologize or reimburse me for my troubles. Never going to this location or recommending it to anyone else

Jonathan DI wanted to use only 5701 w good hope as a pick and person at sign up said that location changes ...your workers could have picked up and brought to requested location. And for it stalling and hard start it was terrible and then to drop off it breaks down across the street at gas station and have to wait 2 hr plus shame.
MARY CLocation is open till 4 but no one was at the store. (Arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm pickup). We had problems with our lock and the store rep had a child no older than 10 come and unlock our lock and talked the child through the process over the phone. Truck was dirty and had less than half a tank. WORST UHUAL STORE. DO NOT USE.

Malynda WThe location is remote and there is no sign to instruct a renter what to do. I understand when a place does not have someone there to oversee operations, but it would have been nice to know what to do. At least a sign would help. Thankfully I was able to make contact via internet.
David SShowed up to pick up vehicle at appointed time - no one was at the location. Called U-haul and the agent said the owner was talking with me on site. This WAS not true, I returned home to call (I do not have or use a cell phone). Even though my day started nearly one hour late - no apologies or even excuses were offered. Gas tank on vehicle was only 25% full. French fries in vehicle cabin, I swept bed but that was also not clean. Nickel/dimed on mileage. The service was bad enough that I was considering asking for the $50 guarantee but this small bill is not worth the headache. I have always had good and prompt service from U-Haul in the past...this was a letdown.

Federico MThis place was truly awful. It was supposed to open at 9AM and the guy walks in 20 minutes late, with his pants below his butt. The truck had less than 1/2 tank and we had to go back to let him know. A warning light was on in the truck. And he offered a drop off close in another city instead of one close to my home because he couldn't find one closer using the U-Haul site. I had to call and be on hold a while to get it changed.
Laura ZThis location is close to my home and is very convenient. I appreciated the mobile pick up option, as we needed the truck while the office was closed. A few snags in the online check in process, but customer service staff were available, knowledgeable, and helpful. The drop off was easy too. Pretty slick system for the whole process. Thanks!
Deborah OVery good service, but they should have ability to tie down dollies so they don't slam from side to side and front and back when truck is empty. Should also have a lock for the big back door to keep stuff safe overnight.
Michael WI have been a U-Haul customer for many years and have picked up vehicles or trailers in many locations. This was clearly the worst location for pick up. While the gentleman helping with my pick up was helpful, the office to get the paperwork completed was in disarray, was filled with cigarette smoke and smell, and the location in general was no better. The truck was clean on the outside but the inside was not clean and the 2 dozen pads I received were filled with debris from apparently a prior move. This was not my first choice as a pick up location as well. The day before my pick up, I was asked to move to this location.
