i was lied to about the mileage about if i don’t use the miles i get a dollar a mile back. that wasn’t the case. matter of fact i was charged more when i turned it back on full of fuel. i dint use close to the milage either.i will use penske or someone else for now on. i paid over 1100 dollars an dint even use all the miles.
