Curtice WongI only needed a truck with a ramp to load and move a washer and dryer I bought off Facebook Marketplace between Petaluma and Santa Rosa. This location worked for me and I parked on the street behind them. I didn't see any other street parking and it was a four hour parking where I was so if you need something longer while you are renting the truck I would suggest you have someone drop you off to pick it up and take it back. Otherwise the clerk was very friendly and the truck was clean and ready when I got there for my reserved pick up time. The appliance dolly was in like new condition and was a godsend. Ended up being way less expensive than what people were quoting me to have the set delivered. I would definitely use them again and would probably choose to specifically go back to this location just for the service.

KENNETH URSOAs well as the car trailer, I rented a 15' truck at another Kings Tires location in Santa Rosa. It's pickup was by UHaul app and lockbox and this proved to be problematic - complicated if you don't have an iphone, so we used a friend's - having to take several pictures of the equipment, getting the lockbox code - hard to hear on a busy street. The person helping us by phone, Claudia, was wonderfully patient and understanding. We could not have done it without her. I would not try to pick up a rental at a closed location again (Sunday). The equipment worked well.

Steve LordThe van was serviceable but it was dirty. The windows had smudges and the windshield wiper controls didn't work properly. That made it nerve wracking driving in the rain storm. The back doors also had some minor issues.

Dane WilliamsI went to this location AFTER my first scheduled location was closed even though my reservation and scheduled pick up was all set up a week ahead of time with the call of confirmation the Friday before. . The person I spoke to at the FIRST location when I arrived said their location was closed and directed me to go to a different uhaul location. This was a HUGE issue for me and my family as we had a strict schedule for our move. This situation created a major time delay in our move, longer travel mileage along with extra costs which were not credited to me at all. I was still required to pay all the costs along with extra mileage costs. Kings tires was good. Quick and helpful. My advice for anyone renting a uhaul would be to TRIPLE confirm your reservation and location. Even if you have text, emails and a phone call to confirm everything. I had it all and it still created major issues and costs for me and my family.

Perry DoaneI got charged to fill up the whole gas tank instead of just replacing the gas that I used. The customer service was terrible. I was waiting for 15mins and no one came to help with the drop off. I went outside and looked to see if someone could help me and he was just on his phone not helping any of the people in the lobby. Worst U-haul service I’ve ever had.

Dan ThomasI was told that there was 1/8 of gas in vehicle , but the gauge was actually below empty. I had to put gas in before I used the truck. It would have been helpful to have had gas in the truck when I picked it up.

Shawn RothrockPicking up vehicle was straightforward and the truck was in good working order and relatively clean. They were dishonest regarding gas levels and amount of gallons needed to purchase upon return of vehicle. Dismissive, rude, and chauvanistic customer service by all three men working the counter today. I've never felt so threatened or uncomfortable as a customer of a business. They repeatedly helped other people in the middle of my transaction and despite my pleading wouldn't close out my rental so I could leave. It was simply disgusting. These guys should be hidden away in a shop, not customer facing. There are plenty of other places in town to rent a Uhaul, go to any of them over this place.

Was less than stellar, I felt as if I was an inconvenience and that my information that was online was in question, especially after I presented my ID and Credit Card. Also, I was asked to give a separate person for contact. I am not nor have ever been a convict, but felt that way. I will not be return to that store for rentals in the future, nor will I refer anyone. I will not placated to nor I'm I an unremarkable individual. Michael AbegglenThe rental was great and very easy to pickup/return. The only thing I would mention was that the windshield was very dirty when I picked up the van so I had to wash it when I fueled up. Not really an issue for me and I would rent from this location again.
John StorckThere were challenges with checking into the app. The customer service person at the facility was not able to assist since it was a Uhaul issue. Internet at the location was not very good, so there were longer challenges. Had to call Uhaul support line and said to use website. Website took long process. Finally after an hour from the time I made the appointment I got the Uhaul. It was not this difficult before. I have rented Uhauls many times. Reserve the truck, check in, check out, and return.

Mathias DevauxNice guy running the place but he was solo and backed up. The biggest challenge was the parking lot. It's a bit of a circus and tough to navigate with a large truck or trailer. I'd recommend dropping off at the other Santa Rosa location.
Jacob ShannonTo improve, you need to hire people who are customer service oriented. The older man behind the counter was very rude to me the moment I said hello. He made it obvious that he hated his job and purposely took so long to give me my receipt, to where my husband who was waiting in 93⁰F weather had to go inside and get it for me before I lost it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
