This was a frustrating nightmare! Took us over an hour because website wasn't working and wouldn't give us a code. Then there was no key in the lock box so we had to wait for someone to show up. They didn't take down mileage or gas so I had to take a pic of both so I wouldn't get screwed since it only had 1/2 a tank and I wasn't going to fill it. Then when we tried to return it, again the website wouldn't work and we had to call. The process to another hour to resolve with me sending pics so I didn't get screwed paying for gas and the $20 charge! All I had to do is drive 12 miles and pick up a bed! Will never do again!

For one it's NOT the location I selected. I selected one of your stores that I had to drive pass to get to this location. We had to wait for him to get there after the lady at the restaurant there had to call him. He had to get the key out if the lock box for us & couldn't figure out which one the key was in. Never inspected the truck with us. And the truck ended up not having a headlight working & we had to drive home over a mountain & windy roads with 1 light. He was polite but not professional. And I really hate having my driver license & credit card photo graphed on a cell phone. I don't think it's safe at all. ANOTHER REASON I WANTED THE STORE LOCATION SO I COULD USE A PROPER CREDIT CARD MACHINE.

The pick up location was a restaurant. This location did not have the extra moving blankets I ordered and paid for. So I had to waste my time finding another U-Haul location the next day to get the blankets. I called Customer Service and were not helpful and didn't seem to even care.

I show up to get the vehicle and go through the steps to check in. It takes 1o minutes for someone to verify who I am to get me a code to get the keys. Finally get verified, to then not get a code. I call customer service am on hold for 10 minutes. Doing the live chat, no one answering, it's now 617. I was suppose to have the vehicle at 530. Get ahold of someone who said someone will come help me. So I stand there waiting again. Finally at 6:20 someone calls me to give me a code. So I wasted an hour of my time with the vehicle. I did not return it until 850 when I was to have it back by 830. If I get charged for late drop off so help me I'll be pissed.
