No parking for uhaul customers. I don't think this location should be an equipment pick up place. No hand trucks or anything, just the vehicle. I had to drive to a main uhaul location for a hand truck. Also no AC in the van I drove. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Tamera RThe truck had 500 miles on it, and I rented it for my client and when she got into the passenger seat she commented on the smell , lack of cleanliness, dirty windows, dog hair, and filthy seats and floor mats. I was embarrassed. This dealer had no other customers and had plenty of time to clean it.

JONATHAN SCigarette odor bad inside lobby and pretty sure flee’s. My legs were burning after being in there (had dog toys and dishes). Truck wasn’t really clean, not terrible but the cigarette odor was so strong my throat burned after. Finally, the person in the lobby was very rude. He told me I couldn’t leave my car there while using the truck because Uhaul doesn’t pay them. Then proceeded complaining he doesn’t get paid for any of the uhaul work and that the trucks are taking up space on their lot for nothing and no money. I just tried to smile and nod. Then when I tried to confirm the furniture dolly on my reservation, he said “we don’t do that”. I asked why it was an option for their location online then and he said he didn’t know and quote “look around this is a car lot, not a Uhaul. We don’t do that”. Also that they close lot at 6 prompt not 7 as said online. Overall it was very uncomfortable and he definitely doesn’t like Uhaul business.

Rochelle LWith how great this place is U-Haul should help them. I ordered a bed covering and they didn’t have it. It is not their fault but it is U-Haul’s opportunity to keep them supplied. I now have to call U-Haul to get my credit.
Greg ROnline it said location open Sunday until 6pm. Arrived and found out from car dealer that not even open on sunday at all. Spent more than hour going back and forth with people online to see if we could get guaranteed pick-up. Happens too often that real days and hours do not match what is online. We would like some kind of credit to make up for the hour of wasted time by myself, wife and child waiting in the parking lot.

Candi KThe inside of our U-Haul was dirty, not bad but used tissues, straw wrappers etc. there also was no gas in it at all, it was on E. The woman who helped me was super friendly and was really helpful. I’d go back just for her customer service.

TOBI IThe place and the guy who helped me were amazing! He was a car salesman because U-Haul guy called out sick. Y’all rented me a U-Haul to pick up noon (u told me 10 am on phone…I wrote down) the U-Haul wasn’t scheduled to be back til 5:30pm!!!! What?!?!!!!! I had a melt down!!!! Soooooooooo with in an hour or so the salesman was finally able to rent me a motorcycle trailer. Yall caused me sooooooooooooo much stress!!!!! Wow!! It wasn’t what I wanted or was told I would get! But we made it work. Y’all didn’t even offer me a discount. Very disappointed. Next time I need to rent a U-Haul -I will be looking into other options. I’ve already told several ppl the stress y’all put me thru last week!!! Very disappointed!!!

TRAVON NWhen I arrived, I had utilized the self check in option. I located my car and headed inside to get the keys to the vehicle. I worked with a lady who assisted, but wasn’t able to locate the keys. I waited 30 minutes at this point and wasn’t thrilled. Then Mike came in to assist. His attitude and demeanor was very standoffish and rude. After waiting 45 minutes, I was finally on my way, but not after Mike was extremely rude to me in his remarks. He blamed me missing time from my rental instead of his system. Shame on them for their awful demeanor.
