This is where I originally wanted to pick up and drop off my truck. They only had a truck my size that could go one way. This location is only 2 miles from my house. From now on I will be calling them directly because he was more helpful than the help desk people who steered me away from this truck.

When i got there and answered many of the same questions over, the initial data was not correct, and it took more time to check out. Mike at the dealership in Kiel was great to work with though.

William CURRYThe truck was great. I don't think I'll ever trust your self checkout again. The Uhaul mobile app just opened your web page in my browser. On those web pages I couldn't find out how to pick up my reserved truck early like I was told. Same thing with dropping it off, the instructions told me to upload photos but the examples given were not available on the page. I wasted hours struggling with the app that could have been used to finish moving and cleaning the same day. Before assuming I just don't know what I'm doing, another couple picking up their reserved truck was having the same problem. We both waited on hold for customer service, I waited 45 minutes. Disappointing and extremely frustrating service.

Scott MajewskiCalled earlier to see what I needed to do for drop off, if it needed to be during office hours or whenever. They said since it is just a dolly just park it on the concrete whenever. So I did and got charged $20 for after hours drop off. If they would of said there is a charge for dropping off before they open I would of waited an hour till they opened.

Ed WincellI was charged for two trucks. And we only wanted a 10ft. After I requested a 10’ ft truck they gave us a 20’ ft truck saying their system updated and charged us for the big one being almost a $100. Even though we didn’t actually use it. We got it to 6th st in kiel and used the company in kiel so instead of being like oh sure why don’t I waive the first truck since it wasn’t used or anything it literally was returned in 5 minutes.and we asked for a new one which we wanted was a 10ft’ and they too charged us for $60. So it was a 160$ charge which is complete trash. Wasted time and money

Jessica PlazaNot Konens fault, but apparently "Bird Junction" in Sheboygan falls somehow poached the reservation I made with Konen and then notified me the "Reservation had changed" only to then the day before my pickup date changing it again and putting the pick up location back to Konen. I would not recommend reserving a truck through the online service this has happened to me twice now. Call the place you want to rent from directly save yourself the trouble

BENJAMIN ELLISONMake sure vehicle is maintained. Truck was driven for an hour. Turned off for 5 minutes and wouldn't restart. No battery charge. Needed to jump start it. Also, very little fuel in it at pick up. Would have liked to have gotten to use the vehicle in subzero weather without having to fuel it up even before it was warmed up.

Marlene DickrellWhen emailing receipts just make the PDF documents. The funny format you use prints so small that it cannot be read. Business like to have printed copies of their receipts.
