Matt GI rented at this location after having a very unsatisfactory attempt at renting from the location at 7618 Kanis Road, Little Rock, AR 72204, where the manager was rude, insulting, and completely alienated from customer service. I will never do any business with that location again, and will discourage anyone I know from doing the same. However, and thankfully, things were totally opposite at the Kraftco rental location. Fortunately, this was equally convenient to my needs on the day of rental. The service at Kraftco was prompt, effecient, and thorough. The equipment was just right and ready. The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on the task at hand. I was in a severe and spontaneous time constraint to rent and use the equipment, and the Kraftco people delivered! I was just what I needed after the experience at the other location less than an hour before.
David PI rented a uhaul and furniture dolly for three days. When we showed up to pick up the uhaul a worker at the hardware store had taken the furniture dolly and we ended up with an appliance dolly instead. Much heavier and we were moving to a place with two flights of stairs. The employees at the hardware store couldn’t get the uhaul app to work so they used their phones. Fine no problem except now we have our ids on two peoples personal phones. I also returned the uhaul a full 24 hours early and was still charged for the whole three days. I was under the impression I would be refunded for that day and I was still charged for all three days. In general I won’t be using this location again for any rentals and I’d love to speak with someone about why I was still charged for all three days.

Amy HWhen I ordered a truck to use for hauling, the person on the phone gave me the wrong address to pick up truck. Calls Mayham all day due to running late to every stop. Use U-Haul to schedule movers at location of drop off and due to the time problem And delay movers were only there for 15 minutes of the time they were scheduled. Showed up stoned out of her head on marijuana. Smelt it all over their clothes. had to pay again the next day to hire movers again. Saying two clowns show up under a different name company. Smelling of marijuana and stoned again. It was truly an experience of my lifetime. Would not recommend U-Haul and less giving in person very detailed information of want to watch out for.

Anthony MI went to 3 different locations, to get a auto transport, in when I finally find one, the Uhaul store I went to don’t accept chime, but u can put a card on hold through a bank, and u can pay with chime once u return equipment, that was so stupid, racism
darryl bI’m not sure why the Uhaul Kraftco location added a $70 charge to my rental fee. We dropped off the truck 10 hours early. The drop off was after store hours.

Ethlin SI will never do mobile pickup again. The man I spoke with on the phone hung up on me and I was not being unkind in any way. It was evident he couldn’t figure out why my app wasn’t showing what it needed for me to hit “pick up my truck” after filling out and re-verifying my info for over an hour. It cut into our rental time and our move in crew was waiting on us. I would hope to receive money back at the very least for the hour that was lost. We were supposed to pick up the truck at 8am and the representative on the phone was never in that entire hour able to help us get the info we needed to get our truck key. We eventually went into the store after it opened an hour later at 9am and just had an attendant help us. It was over an hour wasted. Please let me know how this can be made right.

Eric CThe 6' X 12' enclosed trailer was clean and in decent condition, but the hydraulic brake system on it was not adjusted correctly and the trailer kept jerking on the tow vehicle, even when empty, and this absolutely destroyed my gas mileage and made for a very unpleasant driving experience. Unfortunately, all of the trailers this size in my area where already rented and I just had to go with it.

RANDALL SI went to three locations before I could find a working car hauler. 1st location on Geyer Springs Rd. Had one but was down due to electrical lighting issues. 2nd location Kanis Rd. had two one was down due to electrical lighting issues and second one was given to me but had a flat tire when I was doing inspection of it and apparently Uhaul didn’t have a spare. 3rd location finally had one in working condition. I guess next time I will call ahead and ask that they check them before I head that way before I waste time.
Hernando VI lost my wallet there and I know exactly where and they claim to not have any way or knowing and there’s a camera pointing right in the direction I was at when I lost it.
santavious tI had to pay 35 dollars to put the uhaul on 1/4 tank of gas because it was almost empty when I rented it.

Beth LIt is 2023. Computers are a real thing. If I place an order for some thing, that is not at the pick up place, should be an easy crosscheck to tell me that it’s not there. When I show up, and a crucial piece of moving equipment I reserved is not available, it is irritating. You wasted my time. I know you don’t care. You’re a national company, and this is me just pissing in the wind. Computers tho…you know. Damn it, it’s 2023. Learn to use a database already.
