My reservation was at 8:00am. Had got there at 7:50am. Had to wait for the manager to arrive to do the UHaul rentals. He showed up at 9:22am. Then I got the trailer. It’s absolutely harder to stay awake on a two state away move when that place put me back that late. But never let that situation of mine make your call. Uhauls are there, up to you.

No one was available for us to pick up the truck at our 8am pick up time. We also ordered a dolly which was not available at this location. The online option to scan my license did not work on mine or my husband's phones. The attendant tries to tell us our phone settings were wrong until he experienced the same issue with his phone. When we returned the truck the online portal wouldn't allow me to take a picture of the fuel gage and odometer. It wouldn't recognize the truck had been returned so I had to contact customer service for help. The pick up issue put us way behind schedule with our move.

Had a hard time finding the key. The location didn’t even know how to get the key. The customer service email gave wrong code so it took 1.5 hr to just get the truck from the schedule time. Plus it was missing an item I ordered (dolly). Very inconvenient.

The truck I rented broke down 13 miles after leaving in the middle of the street. I then waited on hold for 30-40 minutes to get roadside assistance. When they answered they told me to hang up and dial 911 to get the truck towed if I was in an unsafe location. I explained I waited on hold for 30 min and wanted to have roadside dispatch a tow truck BEFORE hanging up and calling back to sit on hold for 30 min (seemed like they were trying to get me off the phone). All around horrible experience because of the truck breaking down. A full refund doesn’t even feel like enough after pushing a fully loaded truck down a street and into an alley to unload it after it was towed to the destination. Call center employees could be more personable. I use to work in a call center taking 70 calls a day, and talking to them felt painfully scripted. When I’m broken down in the middle of the street, id like to hear some reassurance and someone on the other end that makes me feel like they are going to help. I don’t need them to ask me if the battery is dead or if the tank is full of gas, I’m not an idiot. Asking questions like that should be done AFTER they dispatch a tow truck. Took 2 hours to get a tow truck to show up and the call center throwing the diagnostic dice only added to the wait. Things happen and it’s no ones fault the truck broke down. I have no issue with the location it was picked up from 5 stars for them. Uhaul roadside is my only complaint.

The location is great. Equipment and availability are awesome. It is at a gas station and the Uhaul check out is in the car repair area but which is odd but I have only had good experiences here

Poor customer service - don't communicate well on how check in and check out process works which in turn will cost you more at the end with extra fees. This is a gas station with UHAUL as a byproduct. Go to a UHAUL owned location. Dealers like this hurt the UHAUL brand. I never write reviews - but this was so bad, I had to let people know.

I will only return to a uhaul center in the future. I was told to park this trailer on the grass. I was worried about the city sidewalk. Again- UHaul should do better. This is not to your standards.

The latch on the back door would not close after loading our items, we called the location for assistance and told he was at lunch and getting a haircut. 100% serious. We had to drive 2 miles with the back open and wait for the gentleman to return from his lunch and fix it with a crowbar. Horrible experience!!!

The rental process was a disaster. I realize that there are many points of failure and some problems can be the fault of other things outside of Uhaul's influence, such as a person's phone. My phone is brand new, so it is an up to date OS and a newly downloaded Uhaul app. It took about 50 minutes to self-checkout. While my location services work in other apps, such as Google Maps, U-Haul repeatedly told me it didn't work. Scanning the site bar code failed as well, as did the follow-up option of taking a picture. I restarted my phone and finally got to the point where the app allowed me to take a picture of my face successfully, but then stopped working when I next had to take a picture of my license. Online chat couldn't help and gave me a phone number to call. The lady I spoke to told me online chat was supposed to help me, not her. Thankfully she helped me, and I followed her advice to not use the app but use a browser instead. I honestly don't recall how smoothly that operated now, it's hard to remember all the failures, We finally got to the point where it showed the location on the lot where the vehicle SHOULD have been, but it wasn't. I tracked it down ith the ID U-Haul puts on the vehicles. What a mess, and what a waste of my valuable time during a move. And the return? An utter failure. The app didn't work. The browser didn't work. I just had to leave the vehicle and the keys and go away wondering how I would prove the return time. I don't know what options there are other than U-Haul, but I would warn friends away from this abysmal process.

The man I picked up from and the man I returned to were both extremely rude and unprofessional. To top it off, neither were wearing masks. The man I picked up from was 15 minutes late for my pickup. The inside of the UHaul was dirty and sticky. Very unhappy.

This is NOT the locations fault, which is why I still gave them a good review but the whole experience with the self pick up and drop off with the app was terrible. It was confusing and the app did not work correctly with the location services. When I called customer service they were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. After waiting for a long time on hold they were not able to assist me AND told me I would be charged an extra $20 because the app did not work correctly. We understand how to turn on location services on our phone and it was insulting that the representative continued to say that we must be doing something wrong. Also, the items that we requested to help move such as the furniture pads and dolly were not in the vehicle.

The 2 gentlemen at this location were very nice and the Van was available for use, I did notice the back of truck was dirty when I inspected prior to leaving and personnel cleaned the inside of Van quickly and I did not experience any delay. I was very pleased with the rental process..

My reservation for a motorcycle trailer was at 3pm. I arrived early around 2:30pm. because following instructions it said that my vehicle would have to be inspected (able to tow safely). The lady at the gas station register said that she does not handle any of the Uhaul reservations and that "they were out to lunch." So I waited, not until 3:15pm did someone return and was able to handle my reservation. Gentleman was polite and helpful but please I was a bit short for time (had to meet someone for the motorcycle sale etc.) Not saying it's his fault but at least have someone that could help me at the reserved time. Otherwise the equipment worked with no problems or issues.

This was a terrible experience. Checking in was tedious, the owner was rude and not helpful. The truck was in terrible shape. We did not receive the furniture dolly that we paid for. I don't expect anything amazing from Uhaul, but this was truly a nightmare.

I told him about the alignment issue and I brought it back with more gas and I was still charged $54 for bringing it back late. I understand you are a business running on set systems but a little discretion at times would help. Anyway, it was a pretty easy drop off which is most important to me.

I dropped off truck Sunday night at 6::30pm after hours, a women came out told me where to park took keys and said I am all good. Then I got a charge Monday morning for another day of $40. Tried calling uhaul customer services and never spoke to anyone. Would really like my $40 refunded!

Truck was blocked in when I went to pick it up. Had phone pick up. Truck should have been parked so it would not have been able to get blocked. Had to wait 45 minutes until employee arrived to open shop to move other truck that was blocking my rental. Exterior and interior of truck was not very clean upon rental.
