Ensure that the truck has been cleared of snow and that the cargo gate is accesible. I had to physically struggle to open the cargo gate due to the icy condition. The windshield was also covered in ice which made it difficult to clear. The utility dolly I requested was not provided.

The bathroom and I side of the shop needs to be cleaned. There was a funky smell in there. Otherwise, location was good.

Michael WThe self checkout process was overly complicated. I was told I needed 4 different phone numbers available to verify (myself, my driver, and 2 alternatives). I had a digital only copy of my lease I could not upload and my passport was packed (not everyone has a passport either). I was lucky to know 2 others who were awake to verify me. Also it was so cold that it took us 30+ min to open the lock.

BUDHI RLocation felt unsafe. Nearby gas station had suspicious characters loitering nearby. Not very well lit, and there was trash piled up in front of some of the storage units.
