Quite a contrast to the pick-up location. This location felt very inviting and professional, I was kindly directed to where I had to be, and the lovely lady who assisted us made the drop-off process so quick and easy.

Christine CThe pickup experience was extremely disappointing. I waited around 30 min for my IDs to be verified. The app crashed 5-6 times during that time, and each time I had to fill the forms from scratch. Plus, I had to provide way too many documents to prove that I am me. There was no section where I could upload my drivers license renewal form- that also caused many problems. The van looked clean, but it smelled horrible. The van didn’t work for 2 min or so, but then worked with no problem after several tries. I will avoid using uhaul at all cost from here on. This is definitely not how i imagined uhaul to work.
Gulberk OOnce again, app wouldn't let me upload a picture of the mileage or gas, so was unable to check in after hours the night before. Luckily, I took screenshots, and the location understood my dilemma and didn't charge me the coconuts fee the next day Fox the app, for if it is offered, needs to be functional.

jonathan bAssociates had no idea how to help me at all with any questions. When I walked in they acted like I was bothering them. I ordered a furniture dolly and they didn’t have one. I also ordered the uhaul from a location that was 1 mile away from my house only to be told I had to pick up a uhaul that was 20 miles away the day before. Also there were 4 other uhaul places between my new house and where I was told I had to drop off and I could not change it because of reservations. Well you changed mine last minute why did I need to drive into a different city to drop off then?

MATTHEW GWhen reserving the truck I was contacted about pulling a trailer to my drop off location for UHaul and would receive a discount. After talking to Zoe I agreed to do so and received an updated cost for the rental. The lady’s in NC were very nice however the price was $120 more than my quoted price from Zoe. I informed them of what I was told and they were confused and apparently the computer had no information about it, The district rep for UHaul was called, she said she saw the discount was applied and with taxes the finale cost was what the lady said and not what I was doing yold by Zoe. I have a truck to load and 500 miles to drive that day so I was not happy but agreed. When I went to leave I had to ask about the trailer, that started a whole new issue from “did you rent a trailer to” to “it needs to be picked up at a separate location”. I told them to just forget the discount and they “found” a trailer on that lot for me to pull. So after 2 hours and $120 more than I was quoted I was on my way. Truck was great and everyone I spoke to was polite but UHauls computer system is terrible or the people don’t know how to use it.

DAVID HMy experience was a total disaster from start to finish. I don't blame the location where I picked up, because it was not all their fault. My reservation was at the chapel hill Blvd location in durham. My reservation got booted the day before I was to pick it up. I explain In detail what I needed and when it was needed. I was just pushed aside as if I didn't matter. So now I go to the pick up location ad they are confused but I will say they did what they could to help me. The real problem came when I was to pick up the tow dolly there was only three ladies working and no one to hook up the vehicle in which I paid for in advance. They had to call one of their husband's to come and hook up the vehicle. Again I don't totally blame this location. I blame uhaul and it's lack of communication between the different branches. I picked up the vehicle and it was on E. The dash read 32miles til empty. I've never had that happen before. They notated it and said just drop it off the same way you got it. I turned it in and took my original paperwork and showed them where it was notated that the truck was empty prior to my possession of it. The next day they emailed me a statement where they charged my card for turning the truck in empty. They also asked me to disconnect the dolly and put it in one location on the lot and park the truck in another location. Never experienced that before. As I said a total disaster. I have to say I will never use uhaul again, not even to their storage units. Total lack of professionalism. I'd be embarrassed to say I worked for the company if I did.
MICHAEL HWe were not told that if we dropped it off after hours we would be charged an additional fee. We had the truck just a little over a day were we could have kept it 4 days. But I didn’t have the driver to keep it until you were open. If this is the case with uhaul I won’t use uhaul again.
Michael MI spent one whole hour trying to book a truck and the lady that answered the phone handed the phone to a woman who did not speak English! Sorry in return I constantly had a repeat myself over and over again that he gave me an anxiety attack they also called multiple times to receive the same information that I had already given them. The manager was rude, she told me to hurry up, because they closed at 5 pm; I was on the phone with them at 3 pm , just trying to book a truck. The truck was also slow, not well kept, and not at all safe. I would like a refund

Jerry YThe vehicle was not clean at all and it was an old vehicle. We had to clean the seats and windows ourselves because it was quite dirty when we picked it up. Also, the lady assisting us was very nice, but she gave us so much wrong information. 1. She told us we could drop off the Uhaul at any location, but that was not true. We had to drop it off at a specific location and almost paid a fine for not doing so even though we were told we could. 2. She told us that even though we have the rental for 5 days, if we return it early, we will get a refund for the days unused. So, I rushed to return it within 48 hours and then was told that I would not get a refund due to a one-way policy. I could have kept the truck for longer then and used it for transporting a few more items. I was very disappointed with the lack of true information I was given, which really inconvenienced me.

LISA MI was pleased that the equipment I requested was on the lot, clean, and ready to drive. I’ve had several bad experiences at other U-Haul locations that did not have the trucks I reserved. Staff at this location were pleasant and professional. The facility was attractive, well-maintained, and in a quiet residential neighborhood.
