Need to improve the Uhaul software, when trying to checkin it kept increasing the price vs what I was quoted and they could not fix it. Had to cancel the order and create a new order on the spot. Took over 30 minutes to check out. It was not LMC's fault, it's Uhaul software that was the issue.
Mark HThe app sucks! Had to re enter everything twice- horrible interface that is counter intuitive. I would want anyone considering using the U-Haul app, regardless of location.

Alfred LI dropped off the trailer at 2:45 pm on 6/26. The office was locked in the middle of the business day.It required a lot of time and effort to finally verify that my trailer had been properly checked in. If I had known this was going to happen, I would've returned the trailer to another location. There were plenty of options available, it just happens that this location was closest to where I had delivered the items in the trailer.

Kerry KWhen I arrived to pick up my vehicle and equipment, no one was there at the allotted time. Was supposed to be open and ready at 9:00 AM but no one was available until 9:10. Then the truck I had reserved was not equipped with all the dollys, carts and blankets. I would assume the location would know what was expected and have everything ready. I had to visit a second location to get all of the supplies I required for my move.

Barbara FThe place was closed but offered 24/7 returns but there was no designated area too Leave the equipment and I left a message with my name, number and cash details. I have yet to hear back and haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. I just wanted to make sure they saw the returned 5x8 trailer and processed it in the system Thursday morning as returned. I know they may be busy cause it’s an auto shop also, but someone needs to make time to ensure the Uhual customers are taken care of and satisfied as well. Thank you.

Loren HHave someone there on time and not make customers wait 45 minutes just to conduct business over the phone. Also, ensure the uhaul truck is at half a tank when giving it to a customer.

James JSo, a bit hidden particularly for a 24 hour drop off location. Also quite aggravated that U-Haul took advantage of my lack of knowledge of the area and had me drive the truck 24 miles from my moving destination with gas at $4.25 per gallon.

MARK SIt took an hour to pick up my truck. Neither the UHaul app or the online site would work as your server was overloaded. Finally, after being on hold for 35 min, I was able to get someone on the phone in customer service. The first person spent 15 min on the phone with me but couldn’t help me. Thankfully, the second person was able to read me all the check out instructions in order to get the keys and pick up the truck. The location for the lock box was not where the instructions described and that took and additional 10 min.
Michael SThe drop off process was horrible. Not because of the location, it was just confusing. I was not given a drop off location at pick up so I had to find a place to leave the truck. I was on hold with customer service for over 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me.

Kayla HNo one was there. We waited while two other returns came. Finally reached them on the phone and they said to just leave the keys and they would get them later. So we took a video and pictures of the condition that we were leaving it....and left.
Debra pI rented a 10' truck and paid for 305 miles. My trip was 237 miles and I am getting billed from this location for an extra 105 miles that I did not drive. This location has lots of problems with over billing people for miles that they did not use. I suggest if you rent or return from this location keep track of your miles or you will receive a large bill for miles you did not drive. This place is scamming people.

LYNNE SDrop off place was closed. I called a posted number and explained the filthy floorboard and dropped keys in drop box.
larry nTruck was fine, but when I went to pick it up on Sunday, it was blocked in by another truck. I'd reserved 12 mats, but they were piled outside - 5 were dry and the rest were wet. Fortunately, I only needed 5 mats for what we were moving. I had trouble with the UHaul mobile app - it thought I was picking up the truck on January 1, 1753. When that got sorted out - thank you, CS & Traffic - I paid via my saved card info - and the app took that, but told me to pay again. Once CS saw the payment actually went through, I canceled, and Traffic got me the 4-digit code to unlock the key box. After all that, no problems.
ROBERT WThis will be the first place I check next time I need a truck or trailer. The back drive could use some gravel, but it was easy to get in and out.
JOHNNY MTHIS IS THE HARDEST LOCATION TO FIND, ESPECIALLY IN THE DARK. SMALL SIGN ON THE FRONT LAWN, HARD TO LOCATE
