Jose GI have rented many U-Hauls over the years. Most of the time you guys nail it. However, this experience was subpar. The van I rented was without a doubt the dirtiest vehicle I have ever rented from U-Haul. It was apparent that it was not clean and in fact hadn't been cleaned for some time. I was rather disappointed because this is not the U-Haul standard I just thought I would take the time to let you know because this is the only way we can hope to correct this. Thank you.

Joshua HThis is the second time that I have used UHaul and declined the Safe Move coverage when I reserved the vehicle only to have it show up on my bill. This is a breach of our contract. I am being charged for a service that I did not want and couldn't use since I am unaware of it until after I am done. I am considering going to Penske since you are effectively charging me almost double what you advertise.
Jonathan TGenerally equipment was in good condition however the top of the steering wheel was severely deteriorated and uncomfortable to grasp.

Nathaniel Athe process to getting the u-haul with the app is a lot and returning it in the heat after moving and having to take pictures of everything to upload to the app is just a lot. I would rather an in person pick up. this just wasn’t convenient for me.

kimberly HThe location is hard to navigate with a car let alone the big uhaul truck. The uhaul came with duct tape on various parts on it. The alignment is so far off it's hard to properly steer the truck. The breaks don't react when properly when you push on them. While driving and pushing the gas pedal the vechile would randomly stalls. The uhaul made a grinding noise the entire time the gas pedal was pushed. The steering wheel came shredded. I was forced to buying insurance when renting and I can see it was because the truck I was given was not safe to drive.

Oscar SI returned my rental vehicle after regular business hours. We checked out online. Everything went very smoothly. I'm not the most computer literate person in the world, but we navigated the process without any problem. Made it very convenient for me to return the truck.

James DThe lady at the desk was rude. She tried to convince me to rent the cargo van for less than 24 hours, even though i was paying for 24 hours. She said "I forgot to lock the site so that it could not be rented for more than 4 hours." When i asked for a printed rental contract, she refused to print one for me. She said "we don't do that, everything is done on your phone". I am a person who is not tech savvy, and i do not know anything about how to work my phone other than to talk and text. I wanted a printed receipt. The truck was dirty both inside and out. There was dried grass in the cab area and the bed of the truck (back area of the van) was dirty as well.

CORY KProcess was very smooth, and fast! Able to get what I needed on demand. Having my drivers license loaded prior to pick up made the process a matter of 2 minutes or so. Couldnt have been easier. I will definately be returning.
