Had people in line to check out from the convenience retail store. Barked over to me to take it to the back of the building. There was no place to park it except on the other side a mud hole. Worst UHaul location I’ve ever seen.

Jessie ServantesUnfortunately, this rental was not a good experience. When I arrived to pick up the truck they were unable to get the lock off. I had to wait 3 hours while they tried different tools to cut the lock off. Then halfway through the drive the dashboard started flickering and then went out completely. The truck started losing acceleration. I had to pull into a rest stop and wait several hours for service to come and fix the issue.

dennis huestisThis location has no idea what they are doing. They barely speak any English, and they repeatedly stopped in the middle of the rental process to serve their other customers. They tried to charge me almost double what I was quoted. I had to call the uhaul customer service and the uhaul dealer location could not understand them either. The dealer finally just said it was taken care of and that I could leave. She was supposed to take off the dolly rental but didn't do that either. As it turned out I was charged approximately 150. More than what my mileage was. Very disappointing.

Alma BinghamWhen we arrived no one acknowledged we were even there. We stood there for 5 or more minutes just waiting, while 6 people just kept talking and moving food inside from a car. I just put gas in the U-haul and the receipt shows way less gas than what I actually had in the U-haul truck.

fadi mallakA solo lite horrible customer service, there is a horrible language barrier. Was refused my keys for almost 2 hours and then uhaul had to call the market to tell them it was my rental. Then they tried charging me two extra days because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Horrible experience and will never recommend to anyone. 0/10

Karen TreffThe only issue that I saw was that when I picked up the truck, the air in the tire was very low and I had to put air in it. Other than that, the truck was good.

Klaas DeWe had to change drop off locations for some reason, and since the locations weren't open, we had to return the vehicle electronically. We will NEVER do that again, and will try to find an alternative to Uhaul. We sat in a parking lot for over TWO hours trying to get through the 'glitches Uhaul app, and website. What a waste of time. Ended up talking to four different people, and waiting on hold for about an hour total to get things resolved. Just sad.

MICHAEL WILLIAMSI am very disappointed that I was told the extra mileage would not be charged to me for contract 26801212, since I could not get the truck at the scheduled location in Bardstown KY and had to drive an additional hour to get it in Elizabethtown KY (half hour to pick up truck, half hour to take back to my home). Then you went ahead and charged my card for the additional miles. Not cool

David DouglasThe lady was friendly but there was a disagreement with the fuel level. She claimed the fuel wasn’t all the way full but I explained I just filled it and had the receipt. Possibly the gauge is broken but was same place as I picked it up and was at top of band.
christopher tewThe mileage rates are way too high for a short term rental. All I did was pick up some furniture and the cost was too high for less than 4 hours.
