I recommend the interior of the vehicle be wiped down and sanitized before renting to a new customer.The vehicle I picked up was clearly not cleaned. There was hair and dust covering the entire dash. That is my only concern, everything else about the process was excellent.Anthony M.

The guy from the self storage unit who helped me get the truck needs a raise asap. He was well mannered, polite and professional and easy to work with. When placing the order, the staff was clear about cost and availability. The truck was ready as promised. My order was adjusted to reflect available equipment/supplies. The after hours drop-off process was explained, fortunately not needed. I have confidence in using this U-Haul location.Danny S.

The truck I received was the wrong one I had reserved. I still was ok with it, the initial paperwork was brief, however I realized the truck had the wrong mileage. I had uploaded the picture to the initial U-Haul mileage check but was still quoted the extra 45miles in my final bill. It feels horrible to be cheated if you've done everything right. No inventory. Took forever to pick up and drop off. Worker overcharged us, and had to enlist help on the phone to complete any of the transactions. We were overcharged by at least 50.Christine H.
The truck I ordered was not there they gave me smaller truck which took more trip and more gas. The savings was not savings when you factor it took 2 days to completely move my stuff.Dorri W.

Danielle and Alex were awesome. I was very disappointed that the truck came back at noon and then went out again since I had reserved it for 5 PM. There wasn't enough time for them to clean it. The midday reservation dented the metal plate in the middle of the back and the truck was filthy. I took my broom to the grandma's attic, but it didn't do much good. It needed new wipers, an alignment (it pulls to the right) and the light in the back of the truck was missing a cover and didn't work.Ruth R.

My original reservation was messed up because equipment was not returned on time (NOT your fault). The staff there was prompt to greet me, honest and apologetic about the situation. They said you would call shortly to refer me to an alternate location. You did. The Lacey Self Storage site is very clean and the staff are very nice and competent with your software (this is often not the case). Everything went well, even the glitch with 1st reservation, and I appreciate the good service I received at both locations. Thank you . . . FrankiFRANKI B.
