The charged me 29.00 instead of 19.99 for the smallest truck, I returned it and they and not getting my deposit back and I put the gas back where it was now they are just taking money out of my account with out even letting me know I have not given these people no authorization to use my card at any time but they continue to do so..... all the time I have use a uhaul this has been the worst

There was no dolly i ordered. I needed it to move my apartment. The helpers did good job to move heavy stuff.. if i didn't call helpers, i would move forever. Please check the item next time. Thanks

I'd prefer to leave a review for the telephone / website customer service since they left me out there for over an hour on the phone! I got to this location and it was closed on weekends...no problem. I went through the online process with my reservation and the site timed out at the very end. And this was when I was supposed to be given a code to the lock box so I could get a key. So I called the 800 number and waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. And they transferred me and guess what...yep...had to wait another 15 minutes. And then the call disconnected! So then my wife started calling and she also got disconnected. I called again and had to wait some more. And that rep transferred me too! Finally, over an hour later, the owner for the facility showed up. He was nearby and received a call from U-Haul saying we had lost a key. WTH? When I explained everything to him, he got frustrated too; he opened his store and did the process himself. So this location was great but the UHaul online and phone reps are a joke.

The drop off location was no longer in business. Went to another Uhaul location who said they didn't accept trailers. Sent me to another uhaul location who said they didn't want the trailer. They sent me to another uhaul location who accepted the drop off. took an hour and a half to drop of trailer. Totally unacceptable. The location who took the trailer was very professional and did a great job.

We have used Uhaul many times and always been satisfied until picking up for this move. The gentleman at this location was nothing short of rude. He treated me like my business was a waste of time. He did not have the dolly I reserved and made no effort to assist in finding one..he basically told me I was out of luck. I reserved a 15 ft truck and was told all he had was a 20 ft truck...I had to pay for the bigger truck even though it was not what I had a confirmed reservation on. The truck was filthy and had to be cleaned out including the cab. He made me feel like I did not matter as a customer. I left there with the bigger truck that I had to clean with no time to find an alternate location as this move was job related and very time sensitive. I left angry and frustrated and with no other options. I also left believing that no matter what I would never do business with UHaul again.

When renting out the equipment make sure that the customer doesn't have to wait 2 hours for the email to finish the rental and get the key's
