I would recommend this location, but was not pleased with the online service. I requested a 17 a month ahead of time; which was confirmed, only to find out on m6 own that it had been changed to a 15. Don't advertise it if you can't provide it Service at counter was very good

The after hours return process had several steps that needed to be completed before dropping the key in the drop box. As such, I was not able to take all pictures exactly as requested. It would have been good to give a heads up on this since I was only told about the drop box.

I didn't make a reservation for the weekends I just called hoping to find a truck that same day. A couple locations said they were booked and couldn't do much about it. But the woman who was working called me back to let me know a truck pulled in and was ready to go if I could get there soon. It was really great that she called back and helped us get it a truck. Excellent customer service!

When the gentleman went to drop off the truck the lady only told him to leave the the truck no one verified anything with him . The lady just sat behind the computer and told him to go. I only saw the contract on Friday when my credit card was charge this exorbitant amount. I drove from the pick up location to my address home address 14195 Temple Blvd Loxahatchee FL. to 11827 James Bay Dr, Orlando Fl. 32827 I started Driving At 8:54 am got to this gated community unload and drop off the truck and I am told now that I drive over 1100 miles this is ridiculous and I will have to take up the matter with a lawyer.

Despite being said that truck was wiped down. It was NOT. I had to wipe all the seats and wheels it was SUPER dirty. COVID situation would have made them aware but nop. I opted out for my Safe Guard insurance. I was charged for it regardless I found out at home. Had to spend 2 hrs with customer service. I returned the vehicle with exact same amount of gas as given to me. I took a picture too. They charged me over $50 extra for the gas and fees. I returned the truck and saw the receipt. It was outrageous. I spent entire day being placed on hold and getting transferred left and right. And finally opened a dispute over phone with customer Rep. Confirmation Number: 3339039162 Last time I checked they were processing my refund. I still have not seen it. Worst experience ever!!!

Truck was filthy. Didn't have the equipment I reserved. Took 20-25 minutes to get truck from arrival because door was locked and had to wait for someone, even though I was there at my scheduled pick-up time. To compensate, I wasn't charged for the dollies I had the privilege to go pick up myself from another Uhaul store.

When I received the van it was not at a full tank as was stated on the contract. The van was full of trash in the back. I called and spoke to the Manager who told me to clean the van and they would give me a credit for the tank that wasnt full and the trash in the van. I never received the credit on my card and had to spend time cleaning the van I rented.

I got there around 2:55pm on Saturday (close at 3:00pm) to drop off the truck, and the lady decided to closed the doors earlier and didn't provide any support, even though I requested assistance as I was dropping off the rental 3 hrs prior to initial request, ending up with 8 hrs charge instead of the 5 that I used

Well the woman that assisted us was amazing and friendly however the equipment wasn't on the truck, self pick up wasn't working and the issue was U-Haul itself. Our truck was completely empty on gas and the issues lasted all day because while we had the truck they switched the reservation location and the times. The pickup location wasn't the issue it was U-Haul itself and I will never recommended using them to anyone

Could not check in on the app and the U-Haul employee also had issues with the system checking me in, it was a very slow system. I was the only customer in the store but took 15 minutes to check me in. Also, the truck windshield was also covered in bug guts to the point of making it difficult to see while driving.

Truck was filthy inside the driver cabin. Everything was sticky from spilled drinks, nothing was cleaned. Truck bed was not swept - had to sweep it myself at begin of rental. Blankets I had ordered were not loaded. Had to wait for them. Service was unfriendly.

My online reservation included a utility dolly. It was not available when I picked up the truck. Had to go to the uhaul center to get the dolly costing additional time and milage charges. Location was not able to print a receipt and could not credit me for the dolly that was not provided.

There is no information on where to drop off the keys. I called the on call number. There was no response. There was no voice message box setup to take my message. No one has yet to call me back. I put the keys in their drop box because that was the only option I had.

The customer care representative at this location was not very well manered and did not treat us respectfuly. We was not well informed of the process of renting the vehicle and could not answer some of my questions in regards to my rental. Information posted on the paperwork for the vehicle we rented was not accurate (gas and mileage was wrong).

the only thing is that the uhaul site isnt always 100% accurate on inventory of trucks, but luckily my van was there! Thank you it was great service overall!!
