We were over charged for gas that we filled up when we dropped off. UHaul also is NOT responding back to us. DO NOT USE UHAUL. TOTAL RIP OFF

Self service return location confusing. Little to no signage indicating area as a uhaul dropoff.

The online process was actually really easy. Definitely need a smart phone or apple phone to do the check out and check in process. Went very smoothly.

The truck was clean and the location could not be easier. The truck is leaking gas and oil. Needs attention asap. Also possibly transmition issue. Easy to drive. Got the job done. Was doable without a rep. to help however, I do like to have some help me. Just my preference. Its a great idea though. You don't have to worry about office being open. It has it's good points.
