Hannah was a. Absolute dream to deal with. We tried for over 20 minutes to get my visa debit card to work with the machine, however, after a call to head office, it was determined that there was an issue with the machine. In the end everything worked out, and Hannah even came out and helped us hook the trailer up properly, crawling on her hands and knees, we would definitely recommend this location, and especially Hannah!

Rob MYou should charge a customer for cleaning if they not clean it up. Oriented a utility trailer and it had loose rocks and some garbage in it . I know that it would be called an insecure load the way it was when I rented it.

Cinthia BI took pictures of when I opened van how dirty it was and smelly, when I returned the lady forced me to go detail the van which I showed pictures of how dirty it was and denied I called to complain and sayed smelled because my dog , I ask were does it smell , she replied the back, MY DOG WAS NEVER IN THE BACK, my 8 pound dog was in the front in her bed! So I wasted time and money to do something I didn’t dirty and suffered it’s smell the whole time! Also I was told a totally different rate per km and got charged double

DONALD LIt was a waste of money and time. I asked the receptionist twice if it was going to be long enough. She said yes that it was 10 feet. It was not 10 feet it was 9 feet and 11 inches and I wasn’t able to use the truck. Because I couldn’t shut the door. So I spent $30 in gas and $176 and some change For fucking nothing. I’m in tears I don’t have a lot of money and it was a waste of time and my money I will never use U-Haul again.

Faye MU haul has become unnecessarily awkward and complicated to rent in its “upgrading”. Upgrading is definitely NOT synonymous with better or improved! Now you need a cell phone?!? An email address!? And cannot pay with a credit card over the phone. Ridiculous
