VICKIE SI was surprised to see an extra charge added to my contract for a utility dolly rental, after I returned the truck. I asked about fees, mileage etc. when I picked up the truck and this was never mentioned. Would have been nice to know, I would have used the hand truck that I just purchased rather than paying extra to rent one! I'm not happy about this extra charge that I wasn't told about and didn't agree to.

Daniel CFacility was dirty and run down. Attendant at this pick up location had a poor attitude. It seemed as if I was interrupting his day.

Tabitha JThe online reservation process was easy. Pick up and return was also easy with the online checkout. The 15 foot truck was exactly what we needed. It drove well and comfortably.
Bob CU-haul's website wasn't working right and it took way too long to complete the rental. I ended up having to call the toll free number and get a rep to make me a reservation over the phone as I was standing in the pick up location. This was in no way J&B Trailer Sales fault. This issue was all on U-haul.

TIMOTHY EBest rates I could find among competitors. Workers were very friendly and nice. Pickup and drop off was VERY quick and i didn’t feel pressured to add on things that i didn’t need which was a refreshing change. Would highly recommend.

WILLIAM HAgent from JB called letting me know they had just received my rental request. I questioned why because I had booked at another location. Agent said she'd call me back after checking with the place I selected in Flushing, MI. Agent called and explained that Flushing didn't have the equipment I needed and should not have accepted the request. Great Customer Service from JB. I had to drive a little farther than wanted to get the trailer, but the excellent customer service was worth the drive.

Paula SI ordered 10 blankets online, when I got to the pickup location I got another order just to be sure i had enough. I was surprised to see I was not refunded the additional $10 as I did not open 3 of the packages which means I may have used 6 or 7 of them. This was very unprofessional.

Luis BI only drove about 10 miles and had to pay $45.45. I thought that was a lot for the few miles I went. And I only had it for about 2 & 1/2 hours.
