JOHN KOrdered my truck from Coos Bay location. Never got a call saying truck won’t be here. Went in at 1430 no truck. Had to go to Lakeside to get truck. The lack of communication is your problem

Wendell DTrailer needs maintenance done, doesn't track behind truck very well. The roll up door not easy to work. Also someone tried to steal the Trailer but couldn't had my lock on safety chains, but they had loosen the ball hitch hand nut all the way.was not a good time to move.

delores bInitial pickup was slated for Snowy River Merc. in Reedsport Oregon. I actually contacted them prior to my arrival to ensure that the vehicle was there along with the moving blankets. Not only was there no vehicle but claimed they never had any info on this rental. Kind of a bummer since another 30 min drive to get a van at Lakeside Towing.
