Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Van was nicely maintained. Would recommend making sure tire pressure is checked and done before renting again. Great experience. Thank you!

Staff was not friendly. The truck I reserved was changed without my knowledge causing delays in my mobile pick up. The cab had trash in it and the back was not even broom swept.
Henry DI had to pay a deposit of $75 they said it would come back to me when I returned the equipment. It hasn't yet and it's been a couple days.

George HBattery died twice due to a light that was inside the bed of truck. Was not told about the light nor was the an obvious button to push to turn the light off. Both maintenance guys that jumped the truck said there had to be something wrong with the circuit that cuts the light off.

frankie BThere was one problem: the "door open" light was on when I started the vehicle and stayed on the whole time. Even after I opened and closed all doors. At first, this made me feel unsafe driving the vehicle but after checking all doors I made the assumption that the light was the problem.

When I returned, staff member was so helpful and made the checkout so simple for me. Both were very competent and very courteous! Others would benefit ftom their management style!

Martin GFirst truck had issue w tires and pulled to the right, exchange was smooth and quick. 2nd truck rode well but was not cleaned very well. Upon return in FL we were charged a cleaning fee. Not Happy as wandered around building to find where to leave key, and in commotion forgot to remove poolnoodle an a couple pieces of wood. Drop off was not what we expected.

Shannon RI had trouble making my initial reservation. Equipment was not available when u-haul’s web service said that it was. I also had to wait 15 minutes for a representative to arrive. The door at L&H was locked and no one was there when I arrived (on time) for my reservation.

Daniel DNo one was at this location for over thirty minutes in the middle of the morning on a business weekday. As I was waiting for my ride to pick me up several employees pulled in together. It was very obvious that at least one of them had been smoking marijuana.

steven jNever got equipment I rented like dollys and furniture pads. Turning in Truck was a hassle because the app barley works. I was charged for another day even tho I only request till the end of the day and somehow I had a scheduling conflict with myself so I’ll be requesting a refund for the equipment and that.

Jeffrey LSo, I couldn’t actually load my motorcycle into the trailer because the ramp angle was too steep. It would have been nice to be able to raise the front of the trailer up a bit be able to lower the angle of the ramp. There was no way, on the trailer, to be able to lift the front end up to lower the angle of the ramp. As far as the service, it was excellent.
