The local agents were exceptional. Dealing with U Haul was a terrible nightmare from beginning to end! Made reservations a month in advance. Day before we were left scrambling. Customer service was terrible. Screwed by drop off reservations, had to pay for an extra day! Would look into Budget next time.

The odometer reading was off I had to play hell to get the exact mileage not the fault of L&L rentals the fault of Uhaul L&L rentals was wonderful to work with

Not the location fault . It is U-Haul fault for giving us the run around when we could pick it up. I booked our reservation 2 weeks in advance. The they change the the location 1 day before. Then 18 before we pick up , we can't because someone needs for another day. We are moving across country, have move you. Had to change everything because of you. We will never us your company again!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing not being able to leave a vehicle there. Causing me to be even later than I already was. Easily costing me at least $50 in added wages

Address change was reported and not changed in your system- 2x. Had to call 3 times before I was actually taken out as having a storage unit and then almost a month later was charged the unit-unhappy.

Need a spare. Many places from Minnesota to Nevada did not have phone service. One tire on trailer was almost bald. Nervous the whole way. Get better tired!!!!!

I would rent again if their get their return location worked out. Went to return truck at 5:15 and wasn't completed until 6 because their return location wasn't UHaul approved! ! Very frustrating, was on the phone with haul for quite awhile to get it figured out. Saturday afternoon I got a call from haul asking why I didn't return the truck and had to go through the whole thing again. I was beyond livid!!

I have been using U Haul and you can indicate by looking up my name and how many years I've used a U-Haul this is the first experience where I had the most shittiest the most grossest the most disgusting U Haul ever it smell like barf in freaking fish in the cab it was dirty it was so gross it was unbelievable but I had to take it because I had no choice I feel in my heart I should be Compensated for the disgusting experience I had never ever again will I ever use LNL whatever company that is in Hibbing Minnesota and I don't recommend that place to anybody and you as U-Haul you're really discombobulate compensated for the disgusting experience I had never ever again will I ever use LNL whatever company that is in Hibbing Minnesota and I don't recommend that place to anybody and you as U-Haul you really should do spit cos seriously

I was over charged by 2 days . I ordered 2 furniture dollys shop could only find 1 but still charged for 2 . I returned the truck by 10 pm the same day but yet charged for 3 days? Please fix my bill ty .

Daves Hyway Uhaul and Storage, Hibbing, MN, was where I initially booked the rental.... the place was a junk yard. The Trailer had bald tires. I had to drive 12 miles to L&L rentals to pick up at good Trailer.

I booked a 24 hour pickup and there was a gate around the facility and no way to actually get the vehicle. I called U-Haul and they ended up sending me to another location. When I got there no one was there and there were vehicles available, but no keys for the vehicles for me to pick up. I called U-Haul back and after explaining what happened 3 times and over an hour on the phone I was told I should just go back in the morning to the first place to pick up my vehicle. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get my vehicle and never did get it until the next day. Very frustrating! I would not recommend renting from U-Haul to anyone unless it is their only option.

I couldn't leave the trailer anywhere because there isn't a way to secure it to prevent theft. Had to haul it to hotel with a tiny parking lot and no on street parking.

They had the wrong starting mileage and I didn't catch it till it was too late. Which I had to pay an extra 28$ which I should of gotten a couple dollars back since I only drove 20 miles out of my estimate of 25
