Horrible experience returning auto transporter. This was my return location per the rental agreement. The store rep was not happy and refused. For some reason he handed me his phone to talk to his friend who started cursing and yelling at me. After an hour and multiple calls with Uhaul customer service, who are useless, I left the auto transporter at this location, because it was part of the agreement. I could go on about the unprofessional behavior of the store rep and the useless and untrained customer service reps, but I would be here all day.Patrick K.

The rep added the insurance to the original reservation without asking, he changed the reservation to the extended miles option, after I inquired about it he changed it back to the per mile option, then I was charged $1.59 per mile instead of the $1.39 per mile. He gave me attitude when I ask about the changes, he said I ordered that online, and unfortunately the email I received had no information of the original reservation, so I couldn't argue about it. It only had the pick-up time, truck model, location. I guess this is the way U-Haul try to mess up people too. The gas tank was not full as per the contract showed, I had to take a picture and showed him. The hand truck was super dirty, I couldn't use it, it would have messed up my furniture, so I paid for it for no reason. Definitely not a good experience.CHRISTIANANDRES F.

Everything was perfect. I did have a little trouble figuring out where the parking brake release lever was, though. It would be good to include a "cheat sheet" in the vehicle, or have someone point out to the driver where the brake release is.Frank D.

I had an issue checking out on the app. The customer service chat I had was totally useless and did not do anything to correct the issue. Thankfully, there was someone at the location who was able to get me checked out with his computer. The pick up process was a little confusing. I requested desk check out and while I was driving to the pick-up location received a text that my reservation was changed to self-check out. Thankfully, the manager was still there when I arrived and helped me with the check out process.DEMETRIOS M.
There is zero assistance at the site. The attendants barely speak any English and it is impossible to communicate. One of the two I interacted with was extremely rude and foul mouthed. Definitely will not be going back there for my ffuture needs. Penske is not far from this location.Douglas S.

My original rental was supposed to be in Merrick, NY and it seemed to have been changed prior to pickup. Besides that inconvenience, everything else was great.Dominick G.
I had a mixed experience: Checking in and out was very frustrating because the wifi in the area was really spotty and the uhaul website kept not recognizing my phone and kept asking for verification. It was also hard to edit my order online after I accidentally added extras to my cart. I finally called uhaul and the woman was able to take care of it right away. Other than those technical issues, the rental itself was PERFECT! The van was clean, being able to rent the van after hours with no contact was AWESOME! The cost was great and the air conditioning was amazing!Mary K.
