The staff were friendly and professional. The reason for the low score is that there was no one to assist with picking up trailer. There was another trailer parked in front of the one that I was getting, I had to literally manhandle the trailer I wanted to get it pulled out far enough to be able to hook it up. There either needs to be a tool available to move the trailer to a location where it can be hooked up, or they need to park the trailers back to back so that a person can back right into the trailer to hook it up.Bartie B.

I arrived before the posted closing time and no one was there. They had left early. This put me behind a day on my move. When I spoke to the dispatcher for UHaul I was informed that this was common. I would not rent from this location. Terrible way to run a business. Also the area manager never called me despite a request being put in. I will not rent from Uhaul again. Disappointing.Burton S.

The business hours are listed for Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm yet they close the office at 2:00 pm. I didn't get an itemized receipt and I was charged for gas even though I filled the tank up to where I was told. I requested to speak to a representative but nobody called me back. I would not recommend U-HAUL period. Worst experience in my life when it came down to availability, dependability, and integrity of the company as a whole. Guarantee is a fraud. No money back even if it is U-Haul's fault for not having the truck available when You reserved it.JOSE M.

Actually have a clean truck that doesn't smell disgusting, and have trash and garbage on the inside. Also one that isn't starting to fall apart, the door didn't seal properly, AC hardly works, can't see due to horrible headlights, 2 quarts low on oil. Pretty sad I paid about $1500 to get a truck as bad as this one...Johnny K.

Next time have the employees take pictures of the trailer or truck before the customers drive off so there's no false accusations on damage when the truck or trailer is returned at the destination. My experience with UHAUL was terrible overall. I had a reservation which didn't happen on UHAULS end since the customer never turned in the truck. I was promised a discount by the UHAUL representative and didn't receive it. Bad customer service overall.Jose R.

The girl at the front didn't take her time to check the truck with me . As a result the truck on the back door has a combination key, we spent 2 hours talking to the 1 800 number and the solution was look for something to break it we authorized you. The business hours started at 8:00 a.m., so I made my reservation to pick up a trailer at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, the door was locked and nobody would answer the phone or answer the door as I knocked. After 15 minutes of calling and knocking, someone arrived at the facility and opened the door without even an apology.Matthew D.

I set up my U-Haul rental using U-Hauls website. I received an email that indicated I would receive a phone call the day before my rental day to confirm. I never received the phone call. I called U-Haul last 800 number to confirm rental. During confirmation I asked if all accessories were confirmed as well. I was placed on hold and told that the pickup location was contacted to confirm accessories as well and told that location advised everything was provided. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle no appliance dolly was available. I advised location that U-Haul called the day before to confirm and was told that U-Haul never called. Caller ID was checked and there was no call from U-Haul in store log. I called U-Haul for assistance and asked who they claimed was spoken to at pick up location 3 times and was never provided an answer. The pickup location assisted me bye calling other U-Haul locations in the area to locate an appliance dolly and picked it up for me. U-Haul needs to have better record keeping for follow up or confirmation of said phone calls at National level. The local agency provided great service but national provided poor service.Jose S.

It was closed by the time we got there but some really nice people opened the gate for us so we could park our truck safely and securely. The next morning we finalized the paperwork. Very clean facility and friendly staff. I would also like to comment on the care that was given us enroute. Just over the Northern border of Texas one tire blew off completely. We were moments away from a rest area. We called the emergency number and the tire was changed within 30 minutes. The next morning we came out to find the tire on the same side was flat also. Called, came within 15 minutes and no more trouble. UHaul staff are amazing and incredibly helpful.ivan C.

I was disappointed to see a charge on my card on the day the uhaul was returned. I was told before I picked up the uhaul that it was ok to leave in the parking lot of the place I picked it up on Memorial day and I would not be charged for that day. The rental price online was totally different then what I paid at the location and I filled the tank all the way full and no credit was added to my account even though I went over the required amount upon return. This is why I hate renting from uhaul and normally I didn't because the prices are always a lie online even though they show the final price online before rental as correct with the insurance. I normal rent form budget or Penske. I will never rent a uhaul again ever in my life.Melissa B.

Once again, I was recommended to drop off the 10' truck and trailer on the other side of town. Once I got there during operating hours, there was no personnel to open the gate for me. I called the office number several times and left a message. I had to call Uhaul customer service so that they can help me get the gate code so that I can drop off both vehicles. After 45 min of waiting, a customer that had a storage unit and gate code opened the gate for me. I was able to drop the 10' truck and 6x12 enclosed trailer in storage facilities, and the keys and both contracts in the drop box. I finally received a call from the storage unit an hour and a half later.Rene G.

Supply the equipment reserved or provide notice ahead of pick up time that you are changing equipment! I received a 14' truck when all I wanted/needed was a 10' for an 1100 mile trip. It was too late to change locations or make equipment changes. It cost me about $150 more in fuel for the trip, the truck itself was coated with bug guts when it was delivered to me, which required me to scrub the windshield and headlights before leaving, and I did NOT receive any notice of the equipment switch. I am requesting a $150 credit off my CC for the added costs I incurred. I have used Uhaul many times and this is the 1st time I've had to deal with this type of situation. Until it's rectified, we won't be using Uhaul again.KELLY H.

The unit that I rented worked perfectly for my move, the only thing I would suggest is to do a little better clean up after every use. When I open the driver door, there was food crumbs on the floor, a used coffee (disposable) cup with a little coffee still left in it. Other than those minor things, it was perfect. I will definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone I know and will use them if need be in the future.Roberta T.

More training for management because they charge 4 days instead of 3 and for the last 4 years i been renting trucks from uhaul and always is something innacurate either the truck conditions, truck reservation and recently charges for an extra dayjuan C.
