I reserved a trunk at the Western Avenue location, I got there and they had gave the truck to someone else. Why would you let 3 TEENAGERS run a business like this? I ended up going to FOUR DIDFFERENT PLACES to get a truck. The 2nd place I went to on Michigan St, South bend, the guy was tripping on drugs and could barely talk. FINALLY at the 4th place LDP auto, the gentleman were able to get me a truck right away because of a cancelation. I will never be doing business again with UHAUL. Get your shit together!

Jeshua F.upon pickup, U Haul cyber-security wouldn't let me log-in with my password. This stressed me out! A UHAUL customer service rep helped me perfectly but this is annoying--- tell your rental customers that with the 24/7 mobile service they need to create new passwords I get it!!
Mark G.We were supposed to pick up our U-Haul that was only 5 mins from us but then get a call the same morning and told us we had to drive 35 mins to get it which was fine until they said we had to pay for that and had to take it back there. That was an extra $70 they took from me that I should not of had to pay at all and yes I did let them know my concern! Will not be returning back to this company!

leah H.Not many people that I know rent trucks of do things themselves. It worked out just fine, but I would have liked to have had more confidence that the truck was recently serviced. The tire light stayed on the whole time, the gas efficiency gauge with totally erratic and the only time that it registered in the green was when my foot was off the gas pedal! As I said, mission accomplished, but not a great ride. Truck needed new shocks or perhaps it didn't have any?
Gregory K.The person cancelled my original booking which caused the equipment to be flagged as late. I had already checked in and paid for 10 days, he rebooked me for 5. This caused a little misstep and 30 minutes of customer service. He just needed to check me in - nothing else.
