The windshield was completely caked with bugs. I could barely see out of it. The truck was quite rugged and filthy. The truck ran very rough. The man working there was pleasant enough. But the truck was just filthy inside and out and smelled very badly. I'm glad I am not allergic to cigarettes smoke because it smelled of it very badly.

David BThis was not my primary location. I went to pick up my truck that morning and drove 30 miles to Richaland SPRINGS for a 26 ft truck only for it not to be there. I was then switched to a 20 ft truck back in Brownwood, lost 6 ft of space and charged more the 20 ft truck. How I go from 26 to 20 and get charged more is beside me.

Julianne MUHAUL is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned. The location I use is Leach Brothers in Brownwood Texas. Mr. Leach knows his stuff and will go to great links to have my equipment ready to go when I arrive. And if he by some chance can't he will definitely find another dealer to help me get it. Jared SWithout a bunch of U-haul rigs there I wouldn't have know this was an official site. Also, Not being informed of the drop off site until I actually pick up the truck is a huge issue. I had no idea where I would be required to drop the truck off at. Not finding out until pickup puts the customer in a spot to accept as it is too late at that point to find alternate truck sources. You should rethink this police. Ryder could tell me at the time of reservation;

Robert FShow the dolly, if rented, to costumer be for they take possession of vehicle. In my case I didn't see dolly and I received a square dolly and really needed a stand up dolly. I bought one at Home Depot.

Sally MABSOLUTLEY NOTHING!! The gentleman here was absolutely wonderful!! He explained the rate difference on the website ($39 per day plus milage) and "one way" rate. He helped me contact the main office for Uhaul to negotiate a settlement of charges.
Judy KMr. Leach was very friendly and helpful. Had what I needed. The building and yard are typical of a small Texas town, which I find nostalgic. Take time to study the history of Leach Mfg. Co. Display in the office.
Joyce CThe man running this place was extremely condescending. He added on things to my reservation I didn’t ask for and proceeded to give me his political opinions. He also offended my friend with me by commenting on her tattoos. He said she ruined her skin with covering it with ink. This was extremely unprofessional. Also the battery in our uhaul died. Placed a roadside assistance claim and didn’t hear from anyone for a few hours. Not a good experience with uhaul at all!

Michael SSo after hauling the empty trailer around for the rest of Saturday, all of Sunday and up until my lunch break, I get the details on where to drop off, and it looks like a rundown outhouse that hasn’t been used in a decade without a soul in sight. It really is embarrassing for your company to have this as a location with your name on it.....
JUSTIN HMr. Leach was very helpful showing me all the safety equipment and devices for the car hauler trailer. He even had the trailer ready for me where it was easy for me to pickup the trailer.
