Everything was fine ! Thank you Leader Esso ! 1 thing though... The upside down piece of grating that is just outside the front door is super slippery when it is wet or slightly covered in snow. I slipped on it myself and went flying ! Whacked my hand against the wall and broke a nail ! lol... (but what if it was an elderly lady ?) Because of where it has been placed it's an accident just begging to happen ! We know it's there so people can scrape off their muddy/snowy boots but it should be either moved or framed (make it a visible "step up") so people would know not to step on it accidentally...kevin O.

Booked Truck a month in advance for pick up in Swift Current. Got a call from U Haul 2 days before pick up date telling me there was no 26' truck available and the nearest one was in Leader, 150 KMs away. I had to have someone drive me up and bring the truck all the way back to Swift Current 300 KM round trip. Only compensated me $46.00 for fuel for the moving truck and no apology for not having it available. Seemed like quite an excessive drive, should have had someone drop it closer for me, or bring it in as was not a short notice reservation. Truck worked great and staff at Leader were pleasantRussell P.
Have trailers checked before renting out!! Trailer bracks were cooked when I picked up trailer in Leader Sk. Just made it to swift current before pieces started falling out of drum. Was told that they would get me another trailer asp never heard from anybody again . Had to rent trailer fr Flamans and would do so again . I figure u haul should pay me for taking trailer to fountain tire in Swift as there was no one to fix trailer in LeaderMurray D.

Had a terrible time trying to rent the uhaul at this location. Went to pick it up and they said we didn't have it rented. And didn't try to help with the problem. When I called into uhaul they were excellent to deal with and resolved our problems. I don't think the location as a whole is bad but the employee we had to deal with had no idea how to handle anything with the uhaul portion of the business.Treena R.

I waited for an hour and a half in the Leader Esso to pick up a truck and trailer, and had to give my personal information repeatedly. Was overcharged compared to what was quoted. Staff was rude and they were more concerned with loading their own trailer to their car than helping me with mine. Gas guage was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, he snapped at me that I would fill to where it was marked.CHRISTINE B.

Bonjour Je suis allÃ© porter la remorque que j'avais depuis une semaine mardi matin le 22fÃ©vrier comme convenu avec le propriÃ©taire. Il me dit que je dois enlever les morceaux de brique si je ne veux pas payer des frais supplÃ©mentaires. Donc le propriÃ©taire me dit de reculer pour pouvoir Â¨pinerÂ¨ la remorque et il accroche sur mon auto. Je pars pour enlever les dÃ©bris et a ma grande surprise, la remorque se dÃ©tache de mon vÃ©hicule et heurte a grands coup mon auto. Je rÃ©ussi tant bien que mal a me garer sur l'accotement pour constater les dÃ©gats sur mon vÃ©hicule et sur la remorque. Voici les dommages a mon vÃ©hicule: Le hitch est boussillÃ© ainsi que la connection pour faire fonctionner les lumiÃªres Ã l'arriÃªre de remorque. Je constate que l'attache de la remorque n'est pas serrÃ© et que les chaines ne sont pas bien mises en place...Seulement une des deux chaines est Â¨accrochÃ©Â¨sur le hitch!! Donc je retourne voir le propriÃ©taire pour lui relater les faits et il se mets a m'ingurier et me traitter de crosseur de maudit BS de enfant de chi.... et j'en passe. Je lui dit que je vais comminiquer avec mon assureur et il s'est mis a me faire des menaces d'abord verbalement et ensuite il pousse l'audace Ã le cracher au visage et me frapper en plein visage alors que je partais chez-moi apres lui avoir payÃ© les 170.56$ que je lui devais. Je suis allÃ© au poste de police pour porter plainte contre ce monsieur et j'ai du me rendre a l'hopital parce que je faisais une crise d'angoisse suite a ce qui venait de se passer! peut etre avoir plus de penflais specifique a u-haul et une organisation de boite en carton, de couverture de cotton protectrice et de chariaux de demenagement a la vue disponible a acheter/louer. mais en tout et partout, c'etait une experience tres plaisible et je recommanderais le u-haul du coin a n'importe qui.louis- philippe L.
