This comment is for the service in general. When returning the truck, I had to mark the fuel level. The options on the app were 44% and 50%. The fuel was actually between 49-50 % but I didn't want to say 50% because it was just shy of it. I was way overcharged ($27+) for fuel upon return due to the 44% reporting.Lori B.
Guy was very rude. Talked horrible about Uhaul and how much he wants you guys to just come get â€œyour shitâ€. It was clearly an inconvenience for him to take the 5 mins and rent me out truck. Will never do business there again or with Uhaul if that happens again. Very unprofessional and I do apologize for needing a truck.Nathan W.

I reserved my UHaul from a different location and was not happy to hear that I had to drive across town to pick the UHaul up. But I guess that is better that what one rep told me. He said when sites do not have the correct size truck, UHaul's system directs you to pick it up sometimes 30 plus miles from the reservation location. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. If a truck is reserved at a certain location (say 2 weeks out in my case), UHaul should have the professional courtesy of ensuring there is a ready truck available at the site reserved. This just seems like it should be basic customer service to me.AMY A.
