Always had what I needed.

The location I picked up from was not the original location | was supposed to pick up from, the original location messed up my reservation and rented out the truck because they failed to do their job and check for reservations before renting the only 20 foot truck they had. I then had to drive another 15 mins away putting me 45 mins away from home at this point with people waiting on me to get back to help me load it. I get out to some backwoods place in the middle of nowhere the truck & car trailer are covered in mud, only a quarter tank of gas that barely made it to town to a gas station. The person we picked the truck up from was using the appliance dolly we were given as their own personal welding cart to hold their tanks. I am very unhappy with my overall experience.

They lied to me. First the truck I had reserved wasn’t there. Then they arranged a truck at another location and said I could drop it off there. Nope, was charged for that too. It was an awful experience.

I believe I was given the wrong auto transport trailer for my type of vehicle. The ramps were short and the trailer was high with a lip/edge at the connection point of the trailer and ramps. My car bottomed out and it tore out the under-carriage protector and caused issued driving my car, requiring work to be done (removal of the ruined protector). I need to have that protector replaced and will be reaching out to your customer service department for information and a way to take care of that.

Picked up Uhaul trailer on Thursday May 12. Dropped off on Friday May 13th. Was originally charged the $70 something dollars. Just received a receipt stating it was dropped off today Sunday May 15th and was charged an additional $43.00. We even called Uhaul on Friday May 13th and let them know we dropped it off and there was nobody there at the drop off location. I will be contacting about this. This was definitely not good business!!!

I will never drop anything off at Lee’s. First getting into the place is basically like off raiding. No one was there for me to check in at 3:55 PM on a Tuesday. It’s so rural there’s hardly any phone service so checking in on my phone meant walking around the property to try to find a single. Horrible experience

I called the location and they told me YES they are open Sunday until 5pm. When I arrived at 12noon there was NO ONE at the facility. I called the number and a man answered I told him I am dropping off the trailer. I took a picture and texted it to him proving I left in in plenty of time. Several days later I get an email telling me they are charging me a cleaning fee. When I dropped to trailer off is was completely clean the only thing I hauled it it was a brand new riding lawn mower. I called and spoke with the man he told me it had bags and leaves in it. I told him when I dropped it off there was NOTHING in it, This is the first time I have ever used Uhaul and it may well be my last due to this situation. I have been ripped off

Trucks need at least a quarter tank of fuel when picked up. Fuel stations are not readily available.
