Lady in Wagoner, Ok was great. Very helpful and kind. We had movers show up in smaller truck than expected so we had to rush to town to rent a truck. Very courteous.

Install a canopy for cover during both the rainy season (flash flooding, Sept. 21st 2018) and hot season ! I and the gentleman working that day both were soaked !

The office worker said if I paid with cash it would cost me an extra$100 more then the estimated price was and I would have to wait 6 weeks to get my change back in the form of a check, So I just went and put the money on my bank card insted, I have been renting Uhaul trucks for years and never heard of this.

Im giving an excellent rating because of the pick-up location at Legacy Storage in Wagoner, OK. The gentleman that helped us with our uhaul and car carrier was incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't sure how to get the trailer hitched to the truck and he helped us every step of the way. The only issue we faced had to do with the car carrier. The contract didn't show we'd ever picked up the trailer, so when we ran into an issue with the emergency brake system the night we were returning it to the drop-off location in Round Rock, TX, I had to call roadside assistance. The 1st lady I spoke with, Shondra I think, was hateful and wouldn't listen. I realize she was most likely reading a script, but when I've repeatedly stated that we were returning the equipment when the issue occurred, and she repeatedly asked if the truck was empty and the trailer was unloaded, after I'd answered her a minimum of 3 times, it only made a frustrating situation that much more frustrating. She informed me the trailer # wasn't on the contract, and that it was still sitting in Wagoner, mind you we've already paid, she informed me I'd have to do a verbal contract on the phone with her. She asked me a series of questions, including my address. I assumed she was referring to our mailing address since she was doing contract info. After I'd hung up when she said she was dispatching someone to help, I realized that she had never asked where she needed help dispatched to. So I called the company that was showing on the text I received. The gentleman wasn't very friendly on the phone, put me on hold twice, then hung up on me. So I called uhaul roadside assistance back. The 2nd lady was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name as she deserves accolades for 1. Calming me down when I was obviously agitated. 2. Offering to contact the tow company directly to fix the issue the 1st lady had caused. 3. Checking back in with me to ensure the wait time would be the same with the address correction, even offering to look the address up for me so I wouldn't have to fumble with my phone, paperwork, etc. And 4. Ensuring me that this was covered under the policy and that we wouldn't be out any money for the issue. Once the tow company arrived, the had the issue fixed, had us hitched, and on the road within 30 minutes. My only complaint with him is that he was obviously on personal calls numerous times throughout the help, he had some business, but he spent more time on the phone than helping. We probably could've been done within 10 minutes if not for that. All in all, I'd rate our experience an 8 out of 10.
