Thomas SApp does not work and everytime you need an update or have a question and call, the answer is download app and you can do everything from the app. Very irritating when app doesn't work. Uninstaller and reinstalled 3 times, when moving nobody has time to deal with app issues. Terrible for U Haul!

Juanicka WOffice hours indicate they open at 9:00 am But office was closed. 1st day waited til 9:35 until clerk showed up to open. Then following day when I returned uhaul again the office was still closed st 10am and no one to assist with return so I frantically tried to do return online. This was the worst service I ever had with uhaul.

Bryon FThe truck cargo area had standing water that I took video of. After parking in my new homes driveway I noticed what appeared to be power steering fluid leaking on the concrete. The truck drove awfully!!! I didn’t feel comfortable keeping it another minute so I returned that evening. Very bad experience!!

Terry PWhen I returned it at 1:45pm, they were either in the bathroom or at a late lunch. Only reason I went directly there was the app wasn’t working for me to return it at the end of my street. Yes.. at the end of my street!

Alex MWhen I opened the back of the truck at our move-out location, I found the grannies attic stuffed with moving blankets (there were also none in the "break seal and use these blankets and get charged" bag. That was empty.) I assume all the blankets were up there because the grannies attic was soaking wet, so maybe someone thought they would make great paper towels. I am unsure. The blankets also smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a pleasant added surprise/feature. Needless to say, I could not use the grannies attic which ended up causing me to have to make a second trip with a few items because I could not fit them in the one trip I was planning to make, which meant twice the mileage. I wont likely ever rent from this location again. I would also like refunded for half of the mileage. And your truck roof obviously needs to be repaired.
Jonathan DEmployee was extremely rude over the phone and showed no effort to uphold customer service. Will never be using a U-Haul again.

Anne DThe truck was in very good shape and ran well. There was a lot of dog hair in the truck from the previous renter and our moving blankets weren't avaliable so we had to go to a different Uhaul store to get them.
PHILIP SThe dropoff was moved (by text) from our contracted location. The new location was dark, and no one was there. We had to add your app- which we would not have done- just to take the pictures at dropoff. We couldn't get the trailer off at first- due to a rusty hitch lock. We finally got it off (again by ourselves) and sent the pictures in. Then you had the audacity to try and charge me a cleaning fee for a rusty filthy piece of crap- no way. Horrible experience all around.

Jamayn MThe online check-in process was VERY time-consuming. I tried the week before, the day before, and the morning of my rental to give them all of my information to speed up my receiving the truck on a morning when my pickup location was not open. The online app was lunky and time-consuming. I ended up having to call (30-minute wait) and finally used the "chat" function and was able to get my truck. Got some work to do UHaul. The truck was clean. It needs maintenance or replacement. Slow acceleration and needed to leave plenty of space to brake.
John GSimple drop off on a Sunday. No one was at the location when I dropped off the trailer. Left the trailer outside the building as instructed. Everything worked out well.
James CThey gave me the wrong trailer so when I went to take it back it was a nightmare and they just keep calling me to bring it back because they gave me the wrong one initially and they have refused to acknowledge their error. It’s ridiculous

George IThe staff and facility was great. The truck was clean; however, the thermostat to the A/C/heater was broken so the ride was very uncomfortable. There should be some credit for this.
Joe CTruck door was broken. The cable broke and the door fell on my son. UHaul has been very difficult to get in contact with a human being and then they take FOREVER “filling out forms” hoping you will give up and hang up, however, the location and also the repairman were both exceptional.
