Ron was excellent and got me checked in when the U-Haul system was down.
SHANNAN RI received the best friendly and Curtis experience. The only problem was the truck I was supposed to get they couldn't find the keys to it. But I was able to get alternate vehicle that worked for my needs. Over all was an easy nice experience. Would definitely recommend this business to others.
Denise SBrand New Truck. Drove very nicely and towed a large trailer with no trouble. Speed 55 is the most fuel efficient but on roads where the limit is 75 and truck do 80, it is hard to stay between the lines.... Have a coffee before leaving.
JOHN GAlthough these vehicles are used by multiple people for various purposes, they still should be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly to avoid other catching influenza or any other contagious illness. The vehicle was not clean. Otherwise, it served it's purpose and the staff were polite and accommodating.
David BOnly thing I had some trouble with was my return. It has nothing at all to do with the location. The uhaul rental site i checked for an actual customer service check in versus self pickup through the phone. The locations actually closed on the weekends. The gentlement came in to get me the paperwork and the truck which was great, but the uhaul site should have filtered out that the business wasnt open. When i clicked on other locations and wanted to check out with am actual person it told me to look for a different location because they were closed. I just felt bad the employee came in on a dsy off but i am so thankful he did and i was able to get the truck because i would have been really upset if id reserved it and than it be closed and me not able to get it. The other thing again not the businesses issue is with them being closed I won't get my final bill until they are open and can inspect the truck and confirm mileage, gas, and cleanliness. Thats not the end of the world but I'm not a patient person. The business and owner were amazing and helpful and he was quick and had me on my way asap.

Stephen WDespite my issues at a few other locations in the area, Nel and the other gentlemen at Leonard's Tire provided good service and made me feel safe. Despite the notations on file by corporate, the manager approved the rental knowing there was no cause for concern with his staff. Thank you Leonard Tire team... your professionalism is appreciated and not commonly displayed in the valley.

drake sThe gas at pickup was just below half a tank. When I returned the truck with that much gas, I was charged $16 dollars to top it off. It was obviously checked in with less than half a tank and no one caught it at checkin from the last rental. I tried to reason with the check in person, but he didn’t do anything to fix the situation.

alexander sThere wasn’t a proper drop off key box. The one they had was weird. If I would have left the key in the container they had someone could’ve taken the key and stolen the Uhaul. I’ll just return the key in person when their open.

Prescott TI returned unit 3 days early, and was told I would get a refund for early drop off date, but when I returned it 3days early. I was told there is no refund.

RON DLet people know rhat there is a deposit fee for debit cards of $100 no whare in the paper work, if it is its not noticeable enough. Beside that I had a great experience

Thomas RThere was not a drop box to leave the key to the truck the day we took it back. I called the Uhaul customer service for help, it took them about an hour to return my call. And when they did call, they had me drive all the way back to the drop off location and had me walk all around the building to find the drop box, which didn't exist. I had already done that before I called. My daughter had to make a special trip just to return the keys. It was a pain in the butt. Would not do that location as a drop off unless they indicated they had a key drop box.

Jeffrey PReservations are constantly changed, altering pickup times and location. Easy to pay for a rental, hard to pickup, return, and fuck the extra fees that always seem to be tacked on. Greedy fucks. Expect to be screwed over. I will always from now on never recommend uhaul. Go to hell owners.
Rick WThe location was fine. The online app was horrible. I could never get a hold of a real person and I needed a real person! I was told to use the u-haul.com/help and that did not help! I still am in a dilemma that needs to be solved and I don't have a human being to talk to. I would not use U-Haul ever again because I was left stranded in a difficult situation
Dawn FDesk clerk told me to bring back the vehicle full. I put more gas in the vehicle than was used because the vehicle was not rented full. Would not work with me on resolving the discrepancy. Will not use these clowns again.

william bTruck was fine, location was fine - except for they were closed. Be forewarned: if you end up picking up at a closed location you will be subjected to a process checking in that is arduous, time-consuming, and ultimately frustrating, and includes having to provide a personal facial photo, front photo and back scan of your drivers license, and not one but two phone references who will be contacted to vouch that you are who you say you are - because you might be a random person posing as someone who looks just like the person on the driver’s license you provided trying to use her reservation, evidently). The check-out is not much better, involving numerous photos of the truck, the interior (to show you didn’t trash it), the odometer (to prove you didn’t lie about the mileage that you just manually entered), the fuel gauge (to prove you didn’t lie about returning it full, which you just attested to), and a photo of where you parked it. Oh - and let’s not forget location sharing from your phone to prove you left it where you were supposed to and not in an arroyo somewhere. The whole process was aggravating and took away valued time I could have been actually moving. My advice - make sure if you are renting from uhaul you are picking up from an open location.
