lydia dNot sure why when I booked the first time online everything was good, then needed credit card to use vehicle. The other place only took deposit. It was frustrating for me to have to cancel at petro south lethbridge rebook at gas plus across town when the availability of the unit wasn't what I needed. But gas plus made it work.

Rene PEverything was excellent. I showed up to request a truck without booking online. The manager took my information and because I had booked in te past he entered all of the information and generated the booking. I just needed a short in town rental ad it was easy! I will go there again in the future.

Joshua MPersonally, I cannot think of anything better to be changed. You did a great job. The truck worked well. The car carrier didn’t sway with the vehicle on it. It was awesome. The cab is really noisy though, so we packed all the blankets behind our heads in the cab. That helped

Wayne HThe trailer was stored at the lot and because of the season the hitch and safety chains were frozen into the ice and snow in the lot. It had to be chopped out by the agent. And I have used this location many times in the last few years and never had to hook up my own equipment. Seems to be a job for U-Haul employees. NZ bar
Michael AThe teller helping me was Joe and he did an outstanding job. I could tell that the U-haul software was absolutely terrible and was not great for what it is needed to do. It seemed clunky and not at all streamlined but Joe did an amazing job about managing that process as well as the line of U-haul customers. I'd say my U-haul experience was overall really great because of Joe, not because the U-haul system is great.

Keith CThe back door was frozen shut. I had to get a jug of de-icer and a pry bar to open it. It cost me close to one half hour in total.
Eldon CThis location was excellent. The mo tires location and the macs store location made this job very difficult. Truck was booked 3 days in advance and when I went to pick it up it was not at either location. I ran around from location to location for 3 hrs until the found a truck on the west side quite a ways out of the way for me. It will make me think twice before using uhaul again due to how unorganized it was.
KENETH RFirst we were told that they couldn't help us with the trailer after the trailer was hitched to the truck. They said we were on our own in terms of how to use the straps or the ratcheting mechanism or supporting the vehicle. They suggested watching a YouTube video as they didn't have an instruction sheet on how to use the trailer which made me question the liability of the company should something happen. Legally companies are not allowed to rent anything without providing instructions and identifying any potential hazards. Then we had a tire blowout on the highway. Obviously this location doesn't inspect or service their tires well enough.
