Laquandra JonesHave current pictures of equipment to approve or disapprove when checking out rental. One can easily make a mistake and approve something that should've been disapproved. But overall it's very convenient for me. Didn't even keep over 5 hours.

Michaela HamiltonHad no issues with the location or the rental truck. My issue is with the employees of uhaul. I had to call in because I couldn't do the phone pick up. I was hung up on several times and when I finally got someone she was rude and snappy with me. I will not recommend uhaul.

Joshua AndersonThis is the second time I have picked up a trailer from this location, only to have a flat tire later. The first time, the flat was before we loaded/left. This last time, the flat occurred 400 miles into our trip. Both times, we used roadside assistance. On the most recent flat, it took 2 hours for someone to show up to help us. All the time, we were stranded on the side of a busy interstate. I am not saying this particular location was at fault in any way, but this was just the only place I could leave this feedback.

Cecil CraigThis review does not concern this location however it does concern your Shreveport La phone operator sending me to you our way to pick up a truck it wasn’t there and then I had to drive another hour and a half to go pick up the truck cost me five hours and gas money for my pick up truck so Uhaul will not ever have my business again come on Penske

CLIFF LEBOEUFAfter seeing an error on my bill, which involved two numbers being inverted on the return mileage, (costing me in excess of $300 more than what it should have been and claiming that I went nearly 300 miles more than my ACTUAL mileage), I called to ask for help. Although the woman at the location was seemingly very kind, it was made to be MY issue, to be addressed with 1-800-UHAUL. Sadly, no apology was ever issued for the mistake. Mistakes happen! I get it. But, it’s the service recovery that fell short. Upon sitting on hold for 54 minutes with 1-800-UHAUL (never to speak to a human), I called her back pleading for help! I was told a supervisor was going to reach out to me. That didn’t happen. I am a teacher who simply rented this UHAUL to transport larger items to my classroom. And now, I am, temporarily, a poor-ER teacher who has yet to get this issue resolved. With two small children and a plethora of other stressors that have arisen recently, the last thing I can do is give this more of my time. To say I am a upset is an understatement. I’m disappointed. I’m defeated. And, now, in a financial hole that is not looking promising to dig out of.

Marilyn NicholsI was overcharged for a car dolly and charged twice for it. When I called this mistake they said it was their mistake and it was just a pending transaction even though it has actually come out of my account for days later is still there. Then when I turned in the truck completely full of gas with no problems at all the guy told me he would just mail me a receipt and when I left he hit my card for another $135 and no one has told me why. When I called to ask why the person on the phone so they would have the manager call me back and no one has called me. The worst experience ever I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone I will personally never use your services again. If anyone I can reach out and touch I will advise them against using your services as well

Gary ReddingDrop off location was incorrect on the UHaul app. We went into the office to check in the trailer, and the lady said "I can't help you - call the 800 number". Stayed on hold with the 800 number for 15 minutes; during that time, we asked (same) lady at Lewis Tire again for help to check in trailer, and she said, "no problem." She began checking in trailer, just as operator on 800UHaul answered my call. It would be MOST helpful if I could correct/update the dropoff location on the UHaul app/online when I return trailer for check in.
