I want my money back he overcharged me 103.10 miles I feel like I should not have to pay besides the $80.13 and $128 and some odd cents of the two contracts that I have in my email he also put in that I returned the U-Haul truck at 9 AM and when I did not return the U-Haul truck at 9 AM I return it at 11:30 AMjohn S.

The attendant was very nice. But the trailer was in very poor condition. I don't know if that is a u haul problem or a problem at this location. The maintenance of the trailer especially the door was not good. I personally applied Wd-40 to it as it was not going up and down.Jason N.

Tell people where best to park their own vehicle, as it was not necessarily obvious, there was a marked lot but as it appeared to be a body shop i didn't know how best to stay out of their way and other people backing out the uhaul trucks. It didn't cause a problem, but i could see how someone could really mess the whole thing up by boxing uhauls inkeith H.

No one was there at dropped off. Left voicemail when I left trailer in lot. No one called me back. They didn't recorded the return until three days latter. Resulted in a late charge!!!john H.

I was charged at the time of pickup, 24 hours later the guy called me saying he tried to charge my card 2x the amount of the original rate. 10/10 do not recommend. Never using uhaul again.Hailee T.
