No Improvement needed. Janell and Jake made it so easy and enjoyable to rent a Uhaul and drive way. They handled the paperwork, trailer connection and my questions. I will return to this office for my next Uhaul rental.
Lee DJennell and Jay are very knowledgeable and helpful. They checked the trailer and recorded prior damage. They provided excellent advice on how to best load the trailer. I was on my way in no time!

Elaine MBe more detailed and go over optional fees before automatically charging them. Don't get in a rush to were customer can't look over vehicle. Clean up dollies after use. And lastly, make sure contracts are right if more than one item is rented don't charge separately so there's additional fees that overcharge customer.

DEANNE MBy far the best customer service I have ever received! They hooked up the trailer and unhooked the trailer when I brought it back. If all businesses operated in this manner this country would be in a better place.

RONALD RMaps on uhaul site do not take you to uhaul location. It’s actually up the hill a bit and hard to find if you don’t know the area. Also, uhaul requested I drop off vehicle at this location, which is a lot further than my closest location. 102 miles further to be exact. Additionally, the scheduling person for the SD region is not polite, she is not customer friendly and actually quite terse and rude. Unfortunately I don’t get to rate her, but she would receive negative stars.
