The most horrible experience ever, the truck had a hole in the gas tank, no one knew how to help besides telling me to call road side assistance even though I was still in the parking lot and I did not get a rental from them and I'm still waiting for a refund and once again I was told to call uhaul because they couldn't help me. If it can be avoided I will never use them again...Larry W.
The location is a tax service company. No one that had a clue about the rentals ever showed up. The hitch was welded to the truck and did not fit the trailer we needed to pull and no way to replace the hitch. No contract, paperwork nothing was ever given to the driver to have in the truck with him. Had to be on the phone with technical support just to be able to login and get the code to get keys. Wasted an entire morning dealing with this truck just to return it the next morning and not get the task completed.Tyler S.

The lady that rented me the truck didn't know what the hell she was doing . I got ripped off . The truck has $18.95 a day painted on the side of the truck. They took $223.20 off my card and only returned $16.40 . Don't go to this place they are a rip offAllison M.

This was my first time at this location...Emeralds was very professional and thorough in explaining the rental process...the truck was very clean ...overall I would recommend this location and U-Haul to others...Jeffrey G.

Was not able to use the phone app check in since they would not give me the key. Had to wait 25 minutes while she verified that she could give me the key. Appliance dolly was not available. Had to call around to find one then spend my miles driving to get it. Location was going to let me drive off without giving me the combination to the lock on the cargo area. Gas tank was not full, it was at 3/4 tank.DAVID D.

Location was hard to find. They only had a small sign in the bottom of the window stating they were Uhaul. The reservation was for 4pm but the location was closed with a little hand written note on the door saying "gone until 5pm" so we waited an hour for our truck. Very unprofessional. Truck was missing 150 miles. Fuel level was also not correct. Truck was not clean front or back. Water bottles and paper in the cab. Empty boxes and sand/dirt in the back. I would not recommend this location to anyone and Uhaul should consider letting this location go.LOGAN M.

I was called at 8 in the morning saying truck wouldn't be ready for 10 am pick up. Would be ready @1. So at 1:30I went to get truck. once at location the truck was not there. Spent an hour waiting for Uhaul to final say reservation was moved to another location over 30 minutes away. I wasted over 5 hours of moving time getting a truck. I was given a 50 credit, but that hardley covers the lost time and hassle I went through. Also the truck was older and I don't believe ready for a 1700 mile trip. The gs mileage was about 5 mpg the whole way. The A/C would cut off anytime the engine went into a higher RPM. great for driving through TX with 100+ heat.Michael M.

I rented and paid for furniture pads and did not receive them. The truck was not swept out in the back and the cap had a full trash bag on the seat, drinks in the cup holder, and peanuts all over the floors. Not well maintained when I picked it up.Jeffrey T.

Contract was not executed properly delaying checkout by more than an hour. Price paid at site was not as quoted by website. Location is an insurance company of some sort. Overall questionable location. Trailer lights did not function properly.XAVIER F.
There was no one at the site that actually knew anything about the mechanics of the trailer. The neighborhood is not a safe area. We actually had asked (scheduled) to pick the trailer at another site. Not happy about being moved to another site.DAVID F.
Your system was down and resulted in a 36 minute delay which affected my entire move. I even filled out the driver info online.JASON N.
The girl was sweet and outgoing but not very knowledgeable. She knew nothing about the hitches or how much the trailer weighed. She mentioned me taking it off and I had to explain that it was too heavy for me. I would like to say that I stopped at the North Glenstone location in Springfield, MO and Darren went above and beyond his duty. He switched out the broken car haul for a different one. He was knowledgeable, professional, and set the bar high. I would recommend that location and they should send Darren out to train the other locations.HEATHER M.
