I would never come across this location if they paid me. I had to wait 25 minutes, knocking on every door to then be greeted by an aggressive man whose only intention was to get me out of his property. Even after I showed him proof through emails about my confirmation order. Bad customer service and worse manors.

Disgusting location! There was old food and garbage all over the office area. We had to wait 25 minutes when I already registered ahead of time because the women did not know how to work the computer. She did not have enough furniture pads so she just gave me a stack of what she did have laying around on a dirty couch. She did not count them and did not mark it in her computer so I had to fight with a uhal customer service representative who claimed we took them because we were short. The outside was also a mess. It appeared to be a junkyard with nowhere to park my car and backing up a 20 foot uhal was almost impossible! There were also two aggressive big dogs that were behind a very weak chain linked fence which was horrifying! Do not use this establishment, especially if you are a young female picking up or dropping off by yourself!

I’m disappointed because I was not told the gas meter was broken. She didn’t walk with us to point out any dents or scratches the way most Uhaul facilities do.?I completed the request online and didn’t request any extra fees there was a $14 safe move fee added. Why allow me to register online but change my reservation? We filled the tank but the gas hand didn’t move. The last renter left a receipt in the vehicle because of the same issue. The lot was crowded with many cars. I don’t plan to patronize this facility. And I would like s refund of the $14 fee.

I was told that the truck p/u time was between 8am and 10am. When I had called this facility to verify my truck was there & ready, at 8:45am, thery were quite insistent that I come right now as his wife had a 10am dental appt. My brother was planning on the truck p/u between 9:30 & 10am due to his job constraints. I had a difficult time explaining that as the husband & wife both spoke broken English. Once I insisted/conveyed that they were in agreement. Other than that, all went well.

there was no one there from U-haul, so therefore they were unable to provide the proper paperwork for the turn-in. I was furnished a copy of a receipt from the repair shop with a handwritten receipt?? This was not the location that I choose to turn in the trailer.
