The Limestone store may not be close to your home, but the lot is simple for drop off, the staff in the store are very helpful with the drop off procedure and the hand tossed pizza (both traditional and deep dish) are a great treat when you finished with your move.

ted jNot a good pickup location. The u haul agent informed me the A/C doesn’t work alll the time. I complained about that. He recommended I drive 60 miles to pickup a different truck! I ask about the maintenance, he said he didn’t have time to get the mechanic to look at the AC problem. Imagine that! I drove 1,250 to Georgia from Michigan. AC sometimes worked. It was hot in that truck!

JEFFREY TActually have the uhaul at the place the customer chooses for pick up. And have it ready at the time they say. We were delayed a whole day because of all of the issues we had with getting the uhaul.

William DI needed a truck in Marquette. The truck size I wanted was in Rapid River which was far away from Marquette. This was the next closest location which was still 45 minutes away. On a moving day, spending 2 hours of it traveling to pick up a moving truck is not ideal and not what I wanted to do. I also ended up have to get a bigger more expensive truck than I wanted. Marquette is a big enough town, you would think something would have been available in the area.

jason sI know and understand this is a very tiny location by a general store but the gentleman who was in charge of my order well he was just really unprofessional. He couldn’t get the computer to work right and I had to take photos of my own drivers license which when I was an escanaba, Michigan they did it for me. He cursed at the computer in front of me and then when he went to go hook up the trailer he was smoking in front of me. I guess it must be acceptable in that area but from somebody who is not part of that area it was not unfortunately. I am just very grateful to U-Haul that they did have the trailer that I needed and if that’s what I had to put up with to get it then it was fine plus it took 41 minutes and that seem kind of long for me. But I am still grateful to U-Haul for what they did for me.
