The people in Havana were SUPER nice and helpful but my biggest complaint is I had a reservation on the southeast side of Tallahassee and after arriving had to travel to Havana to get the truck I needed. U-Haul did make it right by giving me credits on mileage but it was frustrating.
Raymond MIt was more of a drop off place so not a lot to add. The drop off parking area was OK. Key was dropped in the drop off box with mileage written on the agreement document. Unfortunately there wasn’t a second cope for my record.

Michele LDO NOT do business with main/large U-haul dealer on Tennessee st in Tallahassee, FL because they have been dealing with FSU students tooo long and now are treating all of us, especially seniors by being rude, unprofessional and downright LIE, instead take the short drive to the wonderful people at Lincicome Wood Fixtures in Havana, Fl who treat you like a human being and show respect and give them your U-haul business!!!
