I made my reservation at 10 am. I arrived at 9:45 am. I walked up to the entrance to enter at 10 am, but saw a sign on the door that said the business didn't open until 11 am. The website said they opened at 10 am and I was allowed to make my reservation at 10 am. The opening time should be changed on the website.
Ted RI had no issues, I only needed a truck for a one day rental. But all went well and the lady was very helpful on all accounts.

David LI would like to have been able to contact the local dealer instead of going through the corporate call center. I had questions that don't could not be answered on the website. Also when I called and all reps were busy I was asked if I would like a call back. I did the call back and when they called back I had to hold 3 minutes to get in line for a rep and then had to wait several mins after that.

Kevin HLicense plate was expired with an expiration date of 6 weeks prior. We didn’t realize it until we were on the road. Lights also did not work. Brake and turn signal lights worked, but for night driving there were no lights that were constantly on. She did check the lights before we left and said they were fine.
Robert FThe attendant was very helpful and reviewed all equipment function and usage. Assisted in loading the vehicle onto the car carrier and confirmed that vehicle was secure.

Kimm GDropped off after hours a clean truck with more gas than I when I picked it up. The app dodnt work for drop off and their lockbox lock was broke and full of other junk so I could barely fit the key in the box. Couldn't lock it to no fault of my own. Left a clean truck and I see that they charged me for some bs after hours charge and cleaning fees. Scam location just trying to squeeze extra money out of people.

Starlight CCustomer service on this whole thing was awful and my 45$ reservation turned into a 155$ bill because you guys are a bunch of crooks and overcharged every way you could. I didn't ask for coverage. I had a 24hour rental and returned it by the time my text said I needed too

William SI overestimated the amount of gas needed. I filled and drooped it off with 1/2 a tank extra. I was told you do not rebate for gas. You charge if it's dropped off with less gas, but don't refund if it is dropped off with extra. This is a policy that shows very poor customer service and takes advantage of a mistake by the customer. It ruined what was overall good experience.

KEVIN PSam at the Lincoln RV Auto and Boat Storage was perfect and so helpful. BUT every single UHAUL employee I had to deal with was unhelpful. UHAUL needs to fix which moving companies they work with to provide better services. There is NO reason a ubox should be six days late!
Andrea STruck was not cleaned out prior to rental. I was told she would knock $5 off each day (2 days total $10). Didn’t happened. Then when my daughter returned the truck The lady wanted to argue with her about a cash payment. You took my debit card And pre held the funds before I even left in the truck After multiple times repeating my name. The worker realizes she is looking at the wrong rental agreement and apologized. I get my final bill and no discount given
HELEN GWas the best rep that I have met in the Lincoln area. She has been so great to work with. She will be my goto person for anything U-Haul that I need going forward.
William SThe instructions to get there are not the best and seem to reroute to the wrong places!
Samantha OOur trailer has bees/wasps. Made for an interesting experience. I realize this cannot always be prevented, not sure what measures can be taken.

Michael MHorrible experience. They didn’t ship my things when they supposedly sent an email telling me they did. My things arrive 5 days late after the guaranteed arrival. I kept calling customer service to ask them what happened and where my things were but they couldn’t seem to give me an answer. Definitely won’t be using U-Box again.
