People there on time to meet me .. Equipment was very good and ready to go .. Showed how to use the trailer and equipment .. Very satisfied !

Mitchell MThis was the second place i went too. The first place was ACE Hardware in Callcutta, Ohio. I told the guy that i would be renting it on Saturday to take to Georgia. He told me it was 29.99 a day. When I went to pick it up, he asked if I reserved it. Which i hadn't because he never said I had too. So, I went to Lincoln Way and this place was a dump. The u-Haul office is in a lived-in dirty trailer with 2 large dog that are caged in the bathroom. To get to the office/room which you pass a room with a mattress on the floor. The trailer tires were cover with mud because that's where they were parked in a mud pit. He couldn't print my contract for some reason. I about fell out when he told me it was $585 for the 4-day one way trip, and even if I turned it in early, I was still paying that amount. I was stuck and had to pay it. I wanted to go back to Ace Hardware and punch that idiot out that told Me $29.99 a day even though I told him I was taking it to Georgia.

fern pMake sure it has at least 1/4 tank of gas in it. Picking it up on empty was not appreciated. Couldn't get the mileage picture because low fuel kept going off. Had to drive 5 miles in the wrong direction to get 1/2 tank just to start my move. Wasted $10 in mileage and gas so I wouldn't get stuck out of gas.
Michael SThe staff could not have been more helpful. They did averything possible to make the rental work as planned, and even accomodated my request to return the dolly upon return, after normal business hours.

WILLIAM PAbsolutely nothing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even though their business just temporary closed down due to an unexpected fire. They still called me and met me at the business to help me with my truck.
Danielle ENo access and no signage of where they would prefer a truck to be parked outside of locked gate. Maybe during regular hours rating would be different.
