The inside if the truck smelled strongly like dog. I didn't realize it until after I got home because I didn't inspect inside the truck before we left, only the cab and the outside of the truck. Also, the inside of the truck had some sort of splatters on the walls, that I'm assuming we're dog product. But at the pick up location the front desk lady was si nice and helpful so overall the whole experience was good.AMY ELIZABETH C.

I rented the truck with a special deal offered over the UHaul on-line reservation. By returning the truck to Kaufman I saved $55.00 plus got an extra day. My return date was clearly stated on the rental agreement as 11/3/2020 2:00 PM. I returned the truck on 11/3/2020 at 12:37 PM. However when I received my invoice via email I was charged $40.00 for an extra day. I called the return location and was told they would correct the mistake. i never received a new invoice and called again a few days later. Their response to me was "the system" would not accept the change. It has been a month now and i have yet to receive a refund for the overcharge. I have turned it over to my credit card company as a disputed charge. Maybe they can get U-Haul's attention.KERRY J.
When I clicked on the link sent to me via text, the GPS took me to the UHAUL place across the highway. It wasnt until I opened the reservation that it showed that I needed to be at the Lion's Den. This particular location did not have any open spots to park the trailer. My sister was with me and she happens to have a storage unit there and we were able to leave it behind the gate. Had she not been with me I would have had to leave it in the middle of the drive. Just a suggestion......add the name of the drop off location to the text messages with the address.AUDREY P.
