Edward LVery helpful and professional. Customer Service: The rep who took my reservation assured me I could return to Big Bear Lake, CA (wasn't an option online). When I got my contract it had return down the mountain @ 1 hour away. I asked pick up location, she said I could return anywhere. After 5 day cross country trip I went to return to Big Bear Lake, was going to be charged, multiple contacts with reps to resolve. Finally the area rep in Big Bear helped me.

Alissa RThis place was a liquor store and they are like a third party U-Haul Rental drop off. I showed up and they couldn't have been nicer the lady was new but she had no problem picking up the phone calling her manager and he took care of it in like 2 minutes no being put on hold and transferred around to 50 different people like I was in Tucson Arizona. Or actually when I got here and actually called the 1-800 number to U-Haul and I still never got help. Imagine driving 8 hours getting to where you're going unloading your stuff and not being able to find a place to drop off your trailer when you have to get going immediately again. Yeah that's what happened with the first place. I called the 1-800 number and nobody could help me or actually nobody would help me I just got transferred again and again. The drop off location handled it like I should have been handled the lady made one call I was in and out of there in like 5 minutes with my receipt. Again U-Haul if you actually read these you can learn something from the way your employees and you run your business and how you should treat customers. Thanks again to The Liquor Junction for handling this so professionally and quickly I really appreciate it! Highly recommend these guys!
jim dThe tweakers next door to the pick up address had their shit leaned up against our truck when we picked it up. Then when I was leaving the lot i had to maneuver the 20’ box truck around a car engine and car axles that were laying on the ground in front of the truck. Good times

Kile GThe worst experience of my life was trying to make the reservation. I spoke with a U-Haul rep and he scheduled me to pick up the truck at a location that was closed on the date I needed the truck. It took me 4 more phone calls to get everything corrected. Then afterwards I got a text from U-Haul saying the location had been changed. Three changes of location for one rental. I was told when I made original reservation that the minimum one-way rental was for two days. When I received e-mailed confirmation, it was for one day. I had to make another call to get this corrected. U-haul needs to do something with their customer service. The person where I picked up the truck and the person where I dropped it off were very good.
Sean KI booked Ihaul for $29, with fees $48. With the estimated mileage charge for 20miles, total $83 for 2hrs. When I go to return the truck, the actual mileage was 15miles, but the total charge ended up being $142.68!!! This is on the verge or fraud, I drove less than expected and calculated and they charge me way more and the guy could explain and just said call the Area Field Manager. I couldn’t even leave with a receipt, because “that will be emailed to you”

Anne TUhaui supposedly opens at 7am....that's when I had SCHEDULED my pick up!! Had a tight schedule that day. But the gentleman running the store didn't show up till 8 am. Waited an hour, without being able to get a hold of anyone. Really shitty location, they clearly don't care about customer service. Really terrible Uhaul experience.

Tim MI rented a trailer, pulled in to a small lot, and the clerk behind the desk wanted ME to circle around to drop the trailer in a small lot by myself. I was told not to unhitch the trailer from the previous location. A patron in the store helped me back up to unhitch, but we weren't strong enough to lift the trailer. Had to go inconvenience the clerk to help me.
Lynette MGuy working there today didn't know how to do any of the U-Haul system stuff and showed me a number to call for a guy that did... I just did it all on my phone. Although the U-Haul system is overly redundant, then has you create a password, then asks you to re-answer all the same question (so more redundancy), then asks you to scan the back of your license which auto-populates half the fields you just answered manually, it still went more smoothly with me checking the truck out and in than it usually does at most full time U-Haul facilities.

Mike PWebsite is not user friendly. Too many steps that were not clear, and had to use two different iPhones to maneuver through it. Trucks at location were not backed in so customer has to back up onto a 2 lane busy street. If trucks were backed in by the location, customers can pull right out. Corey at the location was very helpful

Liam FOur trailer didnt get checked in properly. Got a text saying we were late returning it. We had returned it the day before but the attentend seemed uninterested and told us to just leave it, he'd make a note of it.
