When I first ordered this U-Haul I did so online and then I did the mobile pickup or whatever it's called the 24/7 thing and it hadn't come across the local owners computer or anything and she had to search for either my reservation number or whatever and so that was a little irritating just because I was trying to get in and go but she was spectacular regardless.Christopher F.

The app experience wasn't great. It was telling me my 20' reservation had expired and had to end up getting the only truck available which was a 10'.Lorrin O.

Arrived at 8:50am and was finally able to leave around 10:30. The same truck number was booked for two people at 9:00am. We had to wait until the store opened at 10:00 to fix the issue. The person was very good about Resolving the issue, but we were late at our final destination, which caused moving help problems.Mark M.
The app was not working. Pick up took an hour. Drop off took 55 minutes. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes for someone at U-Haul to answer the phone. The truck leaked water and ruined some of my valued things. U-Haul gave me my final bill at drop off then increase it slightly, even though they promised that the bill was exact and would not increase. We had to put keys in mail slot at drop off because guy at shabby chic took the lock at pickup because it would not work. U-Haul promised to contact me on Monday regarding my items that got water logged from the leaking truck to make it right. I heard from no one! And they still increased my bill. I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone! And I will never use them again. I will make sure that no one I know, or am associated with, uses U-Haul. This was the most miserable experience I have ever had with a company.Paula J.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The location is easily accessible and had the exact equipment I needed. They were open on a Sunday for my rental, which was ideal, and were flexible on the return. Would definitely rent from here again.Timothy L.

The website indicated that I could purchase a 7000lb Resse Hitch at this store for $24.95 when I picked up the Trailer. However, this location sold NO equipment as listed when I reserved the Trailer. This location ONLY rented Trucks and Trailers and sold none of the items also needed. I was required to go elsewhere to purchse the lighting adapter and the Resse Hitch w/2' ball for more than I anticipated. IF I would've known the items I needed where NOT going to be available at this location when I picked yp the trailer I could've shopped around and found a better purchase for the hitch and lighting adapter than I did.Ronald M.

Not very clear on where to drop truck off. Was also told on my app that we owed $418 for the truck because we traveled 981 miles, not true. We traveled maybe 40-50 miles and we got 30 free miles because we had to pick up the truck in Lima. Not a great moving experience so far.Trent R.

Well considering I get there gives me the only vehicle without air conditioning truck oh ver heated on my way back and yet still had to pay $162 dollars plus the fill up fee I am never doing this again also had to pay for another dolly cause nobody told me there was one in the truckTrever N.

I asked for a 26 foot truck, 2 days before pickup they said I'd have to go 30 miles to get it, so I settle for a 17 foot truck. Then the day of pickup they only have a 15 foot truck. I had to do 3 loads, that's 25 miles there and back, that's 150 miles at $.69 a mile but what do I do, had to move still. $145 and a warm and leg for gas. Not happy and when I tell the story of when I moved into my first house, I'll include Uhaul giving me a 15 foot truck instead of a 26 foot truck. Thanks Uhaul for the lesson learned, never again...Joshua T.

I must say the 17' truck I rented is a piece of junk. It should not be on the road with the steering the way it is. Very hard to keep truck going straight down the roadway which is a big safty issue. I would appreciate a partial refund for the safty issue I had to deal with. Not a happy customer at all.Andrew S.

I am very unhappy with the fact that my fuel level was not correct and I am being charged almost $30 for fuel. I have filed a complaint and sent in the drop off picture to prove where my level was at. So with the no AC and the truck shaking then adding the fuel charge issue, my next truck rental will NOT be with Uhaul which is sad because I have used Uhaul for the last 7 or 8 years.Brett C.
Make sure your location is actually going to have the truck and not tell you they are getting it from another dealer. I was expecting a truck at a location a 8AM and when I arrived was told the truck was at another location which I went to and found it was closed till 9AM. After keeping a crew of six waiting for over 1.5 hrs, I finally arrived at the job location. Lisa's Shabby Chic agent was sorry for the mix up and gave me a break on some of the rates, but it was still a very frustrating way to start the day I planned a week earlier.Mike R.
