I reserved a 15' truck. It was suppose to be there at 9:00 a.m., then they said 11:00 a.m. By the time 4:00 came it still wasn't there. Carol the lady working at the location was wonderful. I had to wait another day and could only get a 26'. So my expeience was awful.

I was a little shocked, 4 mom's ago I rented a 5x8 trailer for $270 dollars. For this trip I rented a 4x8 for $450 dollars. I thought it was a pretty big jump in price for a 4x8 trailer, but we had no other options. It was a good experience other than that.

I reserved a truck at the Jamestown location but had to drive 65 miles to pick up the vehicle in Lisbon. That was 130 unnecessary miles at my expense, yet I still was charged the full price for the rental. That is unfair.

The only complaint I have is of the Fargo location not being very informative and regards to the rental of the car dolly. I had to drive over an hour out of my way to get a car dolly that they said they had on hand I was not impressed with their accommodations for me I recommend in the future that the Fargo staff know what they're talking about when they are renting a product in regards to Lisbon facility they were very accommodating and helpful

This location was fine, except it was 190 miles from where I actually needed a truck and I had to spend 6 hours driving plus gas so I could move on my planned day. The Bismarck ND location had no truck available for my move despite reserving 5 weeks ahead. The lady in Lisbon was very nice and accomodating. I have no complaints with her service or the equipment. I was very annoyed and inconvenienced with UHaul as a company though. Why even offer reservations if the equipment isn't going to be available when and where it's needed.

This location was not open during the hours posted online so when we tried to drop off the uhaul trailer, no one was there. When we called the uhaul helpline number, we waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up and calling the store that we originally rented the uhaul from to see what should be done. The store hours should be consistent with the information online in order to avoid this type of hastle in the future.

Provide them with the vehicle that was confirmed, and not give them one that was smaller than what they need. A simple move which a 17' truck could of handled turned into a two day adventure with a 10' truck with no moms attic and a small trailer.

I was glad your Lisbon location was able to help us out when you Fargo location messed it up so badly. I will never use the Fargo location again! They told me they had no trucks available but then I drove by to get my morning coffee I noticed they had quite a few in the lot.

Lisbon Body Shop is a nice location, with nice staff. The equipment is junk! The truck broke down the day we started to move, it died on me twice, once while going up a hill so going backwards down a hill with no steering or brakes was not as enjoyable. The one that broke down was low on gas when I picked it up and I put $65.00 worth of gas into that truck just to have it break down.

Stacy was so very helpful and great to work with, but we were disappointed with the truck. It was pretty dirty. Not so bad inside the truck, but the loading ramp was very muddy and it was difficult to avoid tracking that dirt inside the truck/keep it off of our belongings.

My pickup took me an hour and a half, because the gentleman that so called helped me knew nothing of the system. After trying cc and then check and back to cc the Fargo company had to do the transaction for him. My brand new mattress was a complete dirty mess when the move was over.

I'd requested a truck and automobile transport to be picked up in Aberdeen, SD 4 weeks in advance. On landing at Minneapolis airport, while on layover on the way to Aberdeen, I was informed that there was no transport available in Aberdeen for me! I had to rent a car on my arrival and travel round trip from Aberdeen, SD to Lisbon, ND to obtain a truck and transport. I was given $50 and an added day to use the truck and transport as compensation. I appreciated this, but I feel that after all this, I should have received a lower rental rate for the inconvenience to me.

Our uhaul was suppose to be in Fargo not Lisbon and it leaked and ruined several boxes of our stuff.

We should be allowed to drop off the UHAUL trailer earlier for a reimbursement. It is ridiculous that I had to be charged for the UHAUL for multiple days that it wasn't used. I returned the UHAUL on Saturday at 11:45 am. Also it states on the receipt it was dropped off at 4/4 at 7 am which is false. The guy didn't have his computer on.
