Clean but not maintained. 10ft truck. Ignition issues, and the handling of this truck is a bit scary. I would not to have to take it on the interstates. Staff was wonderful, smiling, friendly and on the spot.

Everything was great except for when we returned the truck. The person who handles the uhaul trucks was not there. We had to leave the truck without anyone checking it out. That made me uncomfortable.

Make sure all personnel are well-versed in your policies. We returned the truck a few days early and were told our cost would be adjusted in that regard, but in reality, rental costs allow up to 5 days and there is no refund for early return.

I was accidentally overcharged $3,000+ and had to wait about five days for it to come off my credit card.

There was an issue with their computer, according to the rental agent. I have been overcharged for moving equipment. I am waiting to be refunded. The rental agents were very friendly, so I am not upset with them. I am disappointed that I was overcharged. I hope to receive my refund for being overcharged. Thank you.

The equipment did not match the paperwork causing confusion. Clerk did not verify anything with us, which was ok for hookup but would have shown the equipment Id mismatch. Evidently my online reservation had an issue frustrating the clerk who had to rework it. However he took another customer before completing our transaction. Clerk was friendly and helpful, but taking another customer in the middle of our encounter as well as the mismatch on equipment left a bad feeling about this location compared to others.

When we arrived at our original pickup location, after it was already confirmed the day before, they told us they didn’t have a vehicle for us... luckily another customer returned their truck a day early, or U-HAUL would’ve royally screwed our move up. The Agent at the Douglas highway 5 store was very rude when telling us that U-Haul had overbooked, as if it was our issue. Not great customer service. The Ace Hardware in a Lithia Springs were extremely nice and accommodating on such a short notice and quick turnaround of the truck that was just returned moments before.

Reservation was set for me to pick up trailer at Fulton Industrial Blvd but they said the trailer was 5 miles away at Lee Rd. Folks at Lee Rd. seemed to have a hard time on the computer.

Very poor customer service from Customer Rep. "Rick" (ACE HARDWARE/UHAUL LITHIA SPRINGS, GEORGIA). Debating over 1/16 tick off gas. The truck was at little over 3/4 initially and I filled it up to that point. However, he wanted it a little over 7/8. I had to drive to put 3 gallons or be charged $17 additional. He also dictated my mileage. I wanted to rent for 40 miles (knowing my travel). He wanted me to do it for 60 miles. Worst experience ever. Very dissatisfied.... HUSTLERS AT THEIR FINEST

Have people who are friendly, have better attitudes and explain things better, I usually dont have a problem with U-haul, but the location I was sent to after the truck I was scheduled to pick up at 9:00am hadn't been returned was awful experience, first they gave me a truck with a broken rear view mirror , then I was given another truck which was good, but when I got back there was a misunderstanding with my payment, this was all a very horrible experience

Better communication. Train your employees to better understand the rental contracts. All employees lacked communication. Mr. Rich, the employee who rented me the rental equipment, lacked knowledge and communication about the contract. He was very very unprofessional when it comes to handling complaints and concerns.

When i 1st got there there was noone to help me rent a truck. I had to wait 20 minutes just for assistance. When i got the Truck it was dirty inside. There was a womans license in the cup holder which made me know for a fact that the vehicle had not been checked or cleaned prior to rerenting to me. When i returned the vehicle at 245pm there was no one to help me check the vehicle back in.... I was told that I would have to wait until he finished unloading a truck ??. I just left the paperwork and keys with the lady upfront and went about my business. I will NEVER rent from that location again.
