I cannot help but feel I was a victim of "bait and switch". There was a change of rates for mileage and the rental fee because of the mileage I had used that I was not expecting. After contacting customer service it was explained to me so that it does make sense, but that feeling of "bait and switch" still remains.Stephen J.

This location helped me after another failed to leave keys out in the lockbox U haul of course agreed to let me be charged the extra mileage as the location was further from my desired location which I had arranged a week prior. Typical of u haulPeter T.

The gentleman who helped check me in was extremely friendly and helpful (considering I arrived bright and early)! He took the time to answer my questions as well as assist others who came in. The truck was in great condition in my opinion but he said the previous customer left it dirty and low on gas. Again, in my opinion, I thought it was fantastic! I was really happy with my experience here and I'm so grateful for Little E's for helping me get moved out and into my new home in a single day for an extremely reasonable cost.Aelanah S.

Little E's was excellent in every way. The only problem I had was a big one and it was with the main UHaul Company. I received many phone calls from the main company telling me my reserved vehicle was to be changed to different pickup site, different size truck, and even changed the date. I told them no, please give me what I asked for, where and type and finally after five phone calls, five texts, they changed it back,,,only to call me the very next morning to tell me all was screwed up again. It took another three phone calls to restraighten it out again. Whoever is the IT person at UHaul needs to go back to school, no sites were showing up as drop off locations on pick up locations screen yet I had made it in person at that drop off location (moved four times with Uhaul over several months to same location)so I know it is there. And Whoever is the UHaul Main company manager over taking the reservations and then changing them to the newer locations is stealing the reservations from the already good locations, without giving them a chance to even make sure they can get vehicles in (the managers excuse to me was, well they already rented that size truck out so you have to go to new location). This has happened three out of the four moves. Relatives are moving down here soon, guess what, I am advising they do NOT use UHaul unless they want a boatload of problems. Sorry to see places like Little E's Towing have to put up with all this crap from the Main Company.Connie H.

Little E's was fine. Uhaul has a problem when you can't confirm an order until less than 24 hours from you're move. Moving is stressful and needs to be planned and timed out...Customers should not have to worry if there will be problem less tan 24 hours from a move!Michael M.
